I liked the location. It was a short walk to my favorite restaurant El Mirasol and many stores, nail salons, and dispensary. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They don’t offer daily housekeeping of your room, however the room is clean enough when I arrived, the AC worked well and the big pool is wonderful in the desert heat. They have one of the biggest pools for any Motel 6 property and there is very nice landscaping with mature trees and grass around the property. I prefer this S PS location over their downtown location which has a much smaller and uninviting pool located in a parking lot surrounded by vast amounts of concrete and zero trees.

I’m a travel nurse booked through Expedia shift got canceled by facility paid for insurance when I went to check out of my room early due to shift cancellation was told that there was nothing that could be done since I booked through a third party,lots of men hanging around hotel didn’t feel safe

We’ve stayed here so many times traveling with our cat. This property is very well managed and maintained. Juan, the manager, has transformed this property to budget resort status. The absolute best Motel 6 we have ever stayed with. We were here before with previous management and had a different experience, but Juan has really turned this place around. Excellent staff, including Amanda at the desk, and Philippe, the head of maintenance. The room was comfortable and you can tell they wash all the bedding, including the pillows. They consistently have some of the best rates in the valley for what you get, and are walkable to some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and even entertainment venues. If you are coming to Palm Springs with pets, or perhaps on a budget, this is my first choice for traveling with a pet to Palm Springs.

The hotel was very close to downtown Don’t like that it doesn’t have a jacuzzi and the pool closes too early

The hotel was clean and the price was good. The 2 receptionists at the front counter had really bad attitudes, the only nice one wears glasses. I don't understand how a hotel can employ people with bad attitudes.

Upon my return to this Motel 6, I was delighted to be greeted once again, by Juan. He is a perfect choice for front desk management because he has charm and a quick wit, leaving the guests smiling and happy to be here. Some of the front desk managers at other locations have no reason to be working the front desk, but I am glad they were routinely rude and apathetic because it encouraged me to try this location, and Juan made all the difference in the world. The room has clean, with all amenities working. happy I came here.

The staff member at the front desk, Juan, is the sort of fun light hearted energy you would want greeting you after a day of travel. He would be a great teacher to other managers of Motel 6. The A/C works great here, there is ample parking and the room is clean.
