Hotel California - A Town & Desert Boutique Hotel

Nothing It was a nightmare experience. Bugs everywhere a broken bed, ac that leaked on us in our sleep. Loud, dirty. Just terrible!

So quaint, so cute… We will stop by often

The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to downtown. It’s near Copley’s on Palm Canyon, and we were able to walk down to downtown Palm Springs, which made it very convenient for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife without having to worry about parking. Overall, Hotel California is a great choice for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway. The clean rooms, friendly staff, amenities, and walkable location made our stay enjoyable. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

We were literally passing through Palm Springs for 1 night, but wished we had stayed longer. I would most definitely stay at the Hotel California again, but next time for longer. It was an absolute delight. This hotel stands out as the best one we stayed at whilst on our 11 day road trip. Everything was literally perfect. Beautiful room, thoughtful design, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very generous extras such as coffee and snacks. We look forward to having the opportunity to go back soon.

Def a BOUTIQUE experience. Our “room” (#5) was a complete home. More than our requisite 2 beds but fun none the less! Nothing! Loved the pool, the great Mex food recommendation - NOT across the street, and genuine hospitality.

We truly enjoyed our 1 night getaway, lounging by the pool using the jacuzzi complementary snacks and drinks staff was very helpful and kind

Good location and friendly staff.

Room was clean and spacious. Love the pool area. It felt like staying in a very nice old cozy apartment complex. An excellent choice for a couple. Felt very private. Had the pool completely to ourselves a few times on our trip. Would definitely stay here again. I love the reef Tiki bar across the street so that was even more convenient for me!

This place was adorable. Very well kept, cozy. The pool is open 24 seven and we were treated like family. They had food in a refrigerator in the breakfast room near the pool. They had a great selection of healthy food and local bakery food. The ladies that worked and helped to manage the property were incredible. Our trip was delayed getting in, and they made sure that we got into our room OK and that everything was fine before she went home and it was late. We were overly happy with this place and will absolutely stay again. It was a great boutique hotel. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

Its a small nice hotel, pool and jacuzzi are nice AC is not good, doesn't really throw cold air, had to go to target and buy a fan

Very clean throughout the entire property. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was ok and area where it was served was very clean. Love the fact that no kids are allowed. The pool was great, even though the water was way too warm. It was 116 degrees when we were there, so of course the water was warm. We went in the pool at night and it was more comfortable than during the day. We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return. Thanks to Mike and Linda!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel California. We were checked in by the sweetest older woman who went above & beyond during our stay. There’s free breakfast, a wonderful community kitchen & grills, outdoor fire pit, pools open 24/7, adults only, free bike rentals, the rooms are cozy & homelike. I highly recommend Hotel California, we’ll definitely be planning to stay here again!!

Teri was a great help at check in. It was a hot July stay and the a/c was sufficient, the pool was refreshing. Too hot to use the hot tub, but we will when we come back when there is cooler weather. The community kitchen wash nice and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated! Great communication.

We had a great time at Hotel California! Great location and awesome staff! The towels and linens all smelled fresh and clean. Very happy to have stayed there.

Too Hot

Big shout-out to Mike, who checked us in, showed us our room, helped with our luggage, and gave us a tour of the facilities. He was so helpful, welcoming, and kind! It was refreshing to feel so welcomed. Our junior suite room was fabulous, the pool and hot tub were great, even though the heat that week was record-breaking hot! I also loved the breakfast items included, and the cold water bottles supplied at any time. The housekeeping staff was excellent and prompt. The shower in this room should have grab bars installed. It's a large shower that can get a little slippery and there is nothing to grab onto if you start to fall.

Nice vibe...some maintenance issues...torn pool umbrellas...Landscape needs some attention...lack9ng hot water for shower.
