Staff was very nice, Rooms were budget motel with comfortable bed, just clean enough. Could benefit from a bit more effort taken to maintain overall property. Pool was nice, met some nice other travelers in the common area. It was a good option on a budget if you’re just passing through.

During my last stay at this hotel, I had to change rooms because the AC was extremely loud—it sounded like an airplane. The jacuzzi water was cold, and as I noted, the seating was far too high—your body barely stays in the water, and the jets only touch your lower back. The pool towels were also very old and thin, almost like paper. Once again, there was no staff at the front desk, and I had to call multiple times just to get my deposit back. As a frequent guest, I hoped for improvement, but it just keeps getting worse. I won’t be returning.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing for the price. The rooms were worn down—no desk or chair—and the shower was broken, with water split unevenly. The sink faucet was awkwardly placed, and the towels were old and small. The AC was extremely loud—it sounded like an airplane either in my room or next door. There was never staff at the front desk; I had to ask for help multiple times through a camera, which felt impersonal. I am a frequent traveler, and I stayed at this hotel many times, hoping each visit would get better, but it just keeps getting worse. Most upsetting, though, was being harassed by a staff member—an Indian man I believe to be the owner or manager—who aggressively knocked on my door at 9 a.m. and again at 10:30, demanding I leave for cleaning. I told him my dog was a service dog, but he ignored me and still charged me. This made me feel very intimidated and unwelcome. Overall, I expected much more, and the service and upkeep did not match the price. I won’t stay here again.

First time going to Palm Springs, the pictures online look better than the hotel itself. The fromt desk girls were super sweet! But the hotel was not well maintained. Our room has 2 small roaches in the bathroom, and there was a nasty big stain in our bed sheets , told them about it and they just changed the top sheet. The pool was dirty, there was dead bugs on the water floating, and the seats to sit on were dirty and full of dirt stains. Other people were complaining about the pool area it was not what you expect to vacation in. There is no bar open by the pool all 3 days i was there. Looks like it hasnt been open in a lomg time.

it could use a little bit more cleaning and also I had to switch rooms because the bathroom light didn’t work so that was a little bump but overall it was ok.

For the price and the customer service it was great. No complaints and especially, the air conditioning was perfect. Clean bedding and nice room. I'd stay here again. No bugs in the room.

Everything that drawn us to this place they literally didn’t have or it didn’t work which sucks because there were specific thing that I wanted for us trip that was advertised online that were not there at all or was broke ..very disappointed plus they keep there pool side dirty I don’t think there were cleaning it at all .

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and attentive. Housekeeping was hardworking, dedicated and attentive. They addressed any issues promptly and successfully. Pool was clean and nice size. Room was spacious, clean, and AC worked well.

Location is decent and that was about it Come on now. Put some money into these rooms and care into the property. Bathroom ceilings had holes from previous sprinklers locations that the fire dept likely told them needed to move. Holes all over the walls and bathroom door was missing a handle on one side. Floors are poorly installed and everything is just poorly done. Shower hardware isn’t even flush with the wall, so water gets into the spaces so I’m sure there is mold now (or will be soon). Why is the bed so off-centered? Poor use of space. Also, the staff constantly leaves the hotel gates open which is a huge security risk. People at the pool are clearly not hotel guests (maybe friends of the staff?) that come in with loud children and glass items into the pool area… Horrible hotel. It may be cheap, but don’t think for a second it is worth it.

The sliding door to the bathroom. That was it. Well there were no chairs in the room. The sheets were dirty upon entering I took a video of it and they still held my deposit after 9 days. Black mold in the bathroom, hole in ceiling,filthy window seals.
