It was cleaned and quiet and it had plenty of parking.

We will definitely be back! The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Pool area was really nice as well and spent a lot of our time in the pool and had a nice view.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were pretty clean but really nice. We had a front view of the pool. Pool was perfect temperature hot tub was nice as well. Overall, I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Room was nice, the AC worked well (Important to have in Palm Springs) and the Bed was very comfortable. A 4th pillow would have been nice, but I'm being a little nit-picky. Shower was hot, TV had many viewing choices, and the area is quiet.

Nice, affordable room.

Stayed only one night. Property is maintained and the pool area is spacious and clean. The room had some missing light bulbs, a burnt out bulb in the wash area, and the A/C made a terrible humming noise. Not a big deal considering the price for a night.

Good location, nice security guys! Was placed in an already occupied room… when complained about it (because why?) was asked if I didn’t book a shared room. It was almost midnight.. no thanks

This hotel was a great spot to stay when visiting Palm Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and clean and relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. AC unit worked amazingly, which is a plus for 110°+ temps in the Palm Springs heat! The pool area was just ok. There was no music playing, the furniture was pretty run down and the bar had been closed, so there was no way to purchase beverages or food. The plus was that it’s open until 1 AM and we were able to use it for the day even after checking out that morning.

If you want a place to stay with a very nice pool area, including plenty of shade and a hot tub you found it. I've stayed here many times and enjoyed it. Your room has a fridge. Cliff F

Overall, this place is really good. I’ve stayed here three times. It’s perfect if you’re ballin on a budget.

Nice and cozzy

I bought one drink from the cooler they charged me $4.00 that a totally fair price. They add to my room, a week went by never received my deposit, I called not sure who I talked to, he ask me to text him my info, I did later he text a screenshot say a $96 refund, but said it was up to my bank to refund it. A week later I have not received my deposit. Feel like there try to scam people out of there deposit.
