Clean room

The pool and jacuzzi are open until 1 a.m. however the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm. There is coffee service available in the lobby but the coffee was lukewarm as well. The hotel requires $100 deposit for incidentals but they do not take cash. The deposit is refunded to you by the end of the day that you check out however I only got back half of my deposit-$50-with no explanation why.

Always our go to stay

Last minute stay, room was adequate. Sheets were stained which put a huge damper on our comfort. Overall linens and bedding were very disappointing. A/C worked great. The snack bar by the pool has closed by the heath inspector for a while as well. Staff was very nice. Lots of snacks and drinks for reasonable prices in lobby. The restaurant next door was 10/10 though!

The air condition didn’t work first they gave me a room when that was occupied for two guys. The key opened the door and the guys were there and that was very dangerous and scared for myself, and I didn’t like that they should have more control of checking the room making sure the numbers and the rooms are like not occupied. I don’t want to recommend this hotel.

My stay was for 7 days. The hallways and pool area were dirty. The first 3 days I was in a room set in a hallway. It was dark like a dungeon. The air conditioner was loud, which sounded like a plane taking off. The floors were real dirty. The shower didn’t work properly and there wasn’t a table or chair. The 4th day I was moved to a different room, which was nice, but not quite. The 5th day, I got a knock on the door from maintenance asking to come in to fix the shower. I didn’t ask for it to be fixed. I thought it was weird and wrong not to call first. I traveled alone and that freaked me out to open the door to a stranger. And bar pool wasn’t in service, which was a huge disappointment and one reason I booked the place. A board advisement at the pool indicated it was open on the weekends and breakfast items. It hadn’t been in service for a long time. No microwave or coffee maker in the room, which I was aware of, but not convenient.

It was cleaned and quiet and it had plenty of parking.

Rooms were very pleasant and comfortable.

We will definitely be back! The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Pool area was really nice as well and spent a lot of our time in the pool and had a nice view.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were pretty clean but really nice. We had a front view of the pool. Pool was perfect temperature hot tub was nice as well. Overall, I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Room was nice, the AC worked well (Important to have in Palm Springs) and the Bed was very comfortable. A 4th pillow would have been nice, but I'm being a little nit-picky. Shower was hot, TV had many viewing choices, and the area is quiet.

Nice, affordable room.

Stayed only one night. Property is maintained and the pool area is spacious and clean. The room had some missing light bulbs, a burnt out bulb in the wash area, and the A/C made a terrible humming noise. Not a big deal considering the price for a night.

Good location, nice security guys! Was placed in an already occupied room… when complained about it (because why?) was asked if I didn’t book a shared room. It was almost midnight.. no thanks

This hotel was a great spot to stay when visiting Palm Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and clean and relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. AC unit worked amazingly, which is a plus for 110°+ temps in the Palm Springs heat! The pool area was just ok. There was no music playing, the furniture was pretty run down and the bar had been closed, so there was no way to purchase beverages or food. The plus was that it’s open until 1 AM and we were able to use it for the day even after checking out that morning.
