The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, it was quiet. For me, this was a great deal and I would book again if ever in Palm Springs again.

I LOVED staying here. The receptionist are the best, great kind helpful people. The pools are great, spacious and more than one! Beds are comfy, the room itself is great, and it’s near the downtown! Definitely will come back! 😁

Front desk Louise I think that was her name very friendly second time I come here and I love it pool area is relaxing they have a snack bar with water and microwave coffee open till 11pm very quite in our room 242 we will be back

The only negative response I have is that there was not a elevator to go to the upstairs rooms and we had a little trouble going up and down the stairs. Our ages are 85 and 88 yrs so it would have helped us to have had a elevator. However next time we will know to ask for a downstairs room.

Room was fairly clean. Pools area had loud music playing and was full of kids. Pools are in dire need of some repairs.

The location was further north than I expected. However, the staff was extremely friendly, great pool, and the cleanliness made me feel comfortable. The most disappointing were the beds, I wish the hotel had better mattresses. However, this is not a complaint. I was extremely surprised at the value. That made up for it. I would def return.

The pool area was very nice. Spacious. Areas to have parties, cabanas, wide area and a jacuzzi. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. There are not enough disabled ramps. We had to park in the front but our room was in the back of the facility. Only one disabled ramp and two or three disabled parking spaces

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. I was traveling with my family Memorial Day weekend so the pool areas were amazing. We loved the free lounge, chairs and poolside beds. Definitely very convenient and the best part of all was the free part since other resorts charge at least 200 for reservations. It was a great day for the price can’t beat it very close to downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely come back with my family.
