L3 Oasis Hotel

The property was close to everything the room was worth the stay and price I had asked for someone to come do the maintenance in our room and they never showed up out of all the 3 days I stayed there

Location and not overcrowded, Always clean During the hot season, the ice is always an issue. The whole weekend we had no ice, We know this happens, so we picked up an extra bag.

This was not a 4-star hotel. More like a 2 star. The room looked pretty in pictures but they literally slapped paint on the walls, bathroom floor tiles and bathtub tiles. The entire floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was dirty with dirt, hair from various parts were on the floor and dead bugs. The room needed a good cleaning. The bathroom was very dated. The tv did not work abd would not connect to the internet. Tried calling front desk a few times but no one would answer and you can’t leave a message because mail box was full. Both pools were dirty and needed cleaning. My kids did not want to swim in it. I feel scammed by the hotel star rating.

The lobby staff were wonderful! The pools are big and clean with lots of lounge chairs and cabanas. Ice machine was not working.

I guess only thing good about property was that it was some what close to main downtown. it was absolutely disgusting. the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. there were dead bugs everywhere and while I was laying down a bug flew onto my pillow. the room was super hot and the AC was loud like a car transmission. i literally can’t make this up. the shower in general also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned either and the tub seemed clogged because it would cause a puddle, I actually couldn’t even shower from the thought. as well as the sink, it would go down super slow and i noticed the pipe was also leaking when my feet were soaked with water everytime i brushed my teeth. i have videos but the pics that i attached are screenshots from the videos. overall -10/10.

I probably wouldn't book here again, the staff was lovely but the room was lacking. There was no table to settle down and eat, only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and the sink would clog up. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and we got woken up on Monday at 7:30am with construction noises so we checked out early.

The staff were excellent, but the property was not. I booked this room specifically for the pool area to lounge and relax. The pool area smelt like hot garbage. The entire area looked nothing like the pictures. They had maybe 8 wooden longe chars every thing else was plastic. The cabanas were nice. The room was nice as well but again did not match what was advertised. I would stay here again but do not expect what you see in the pictures.
