We got in late around...

Very good

The physical facilities are great. Beautiful rooms and comfortable atmosphere created. However, that is all shattered when someone (an employee of the hotel) bangs on the door, very loudly yelling that I had 10 minutes to get out or I would be charged for another night. It shocked me mostly because it was so aggressive. Loud and it was only five minutes past checkout time. I had simply sat down before checking out and fell asleep by accident . I had no intention of checking out late, staying an additional night or anything that would disrupt their daily service. I simply wished that they had handled the matter in a more professional and courteous way. It seemed as if the words, polite, and Customer Service were being ignored. It’s a shame if this is the way they handle guests who is running a few minutes late checking out. It pretty much ruined my overall experience. The above answers both questions.

Pool

No extra amendities.

The hotel is a cool mid-century modern building. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool is large enough for all guests. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was really awkward. It had a tiny sink, the toilet was right next to the door, and the shower did not have enough pressure to wash out hair conditioner. There are no dressers in the bedroom but they are located in the kitchenette off the bathroom instead which is a bit awkward. It’s a shame that the hotel is a bit far from downtown so driving around is essential.

Superb

The photos are not very accurate about the current condition of things. I regret staying here. The resorts are much nicer from the looks of them. The staff were very nice and the best part of the stay. Also, the water feels slimy and is milky in appearance. Not sure if that's why the showers smell like mildew or if it was the pink bacteria growing in the corners. The shower really seem to have not been washed in at least a month.

It has everything i need

Excellent service by David. The hotel was super clean and beds comfortable. I loved the shower and the privacy that you get in your room area. My kids, mother and I love it.

Great place for couples to celebrate, relax and unwind. We went for our honeymoon by a recommended friend and it was great and peaceful walking distance from Billy Reeds an amazing restaurant and delicious strawberry rhubarb pie!
