Very clean and stylish

Love the mid century vibe. Rooms were comfy. You can hear everything, walls and ceiling. Very thin. Pool needed cleaning and loungers and cushions were badly stained.

New beds Clean Easy access They sent incorrect information so I couldn't access the room and it took thirty minutes to get a reply and any support

It didn’t look like in the picture Pool was duty. Building was duty

Black out shades were on all but one window so they were useless. Coffee maker spewed grinds into the cup

Pricing The staff seemed to move slow at cleaning the rooms

The room was actually clean, which was not expected for the price so, the room was actually beyond good for the money. However, the rest was disappointing to pool, the lounging chairs, The area was not clean. I saw the garbage was flying all over the pool area and the pool itself is dirty.

The Cole is my go-to hotel to stay at when I visit Palm Springs. Truly the nicest staff and cleanest most hospitable environment. Definitely stay here!

The room was big and spacious. The bed was super comfy. Check in. Don’t like anything via phone(very impersonal). I love human interaction.

Location is great very close to everything.many good places to eat nearby and it has a good restaurant on site.The place is designed nicely and the pool is very refreshing even in the hottest days of the summer.Staff is very helpful and check in super easy I can’t think of anything bad

Property was well maintained and clean They sent all instructions to your phone at check in time

I had to leave early morning so I missed breakfast. Very glad to have coffee in the room. The alarm clock went off in the middle of the night! I couldn’t get it off because I was so groggy from being awakened. I just had to find the outlet and unplug it!

It was cute. Wasn’t sure how it would be, but it was close to downtown and inexpensive.

My only complaint was that the A/C was a bit loud. I’d go back for sure.

The room was nice and clean with a good bathroom. However you will need to use the light on your phone as there are only 20 watt bulbs in all the lamps so it is really dark in the room once the sun goes down!! The pool was great, the bar/restaurant wasn't open when we visited so I can't say what it was like. Thank you again for a fun stay.

We loved the cute, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Excellent dinner at restaurant (Freddie’s Kitchen) on site. Would definitely recommend to friends for a PS stay. Carpet in the room.

I stayed here before when it was owned by Sonder. I was a little nervous it might have gone down hill, but was pleasantly surprised it hadn’t. In fact, it was nice and I was glad I stayed there again…and will go back! The rooms are large, the ambiance is fun, the location is off the beaten path, which I liked, but still so close to everything.

Very comfortable room. No lobby , check in was complicated. Codes for each entry to property . Shower very noisy. Water pressure was uneven.

Nothing Everything was perfect

Staff was very helpful and the room was large comfortable and very clean. Freddie's Kitchen in on the premises and is an excellent dining experience. I would highlyrecommend the Cole for your next visit to the desert.
