It’s cool manager told us we can’t leave the dogs in the room by themselves while we go down to the pool. I think that’s crazy. That’s my only complaint.
-
The motel is in a good location but all the drama that went on there Couples were fighting in the parking lot in the middle of the night. There was constantly cops driving through. The manager was so nosy, He stood outside and would watch constantly what you were doing

El manager. Totalmente grosero. Entro a mi habitación sin identificarse. Prácticamente desalojando.

Front Desk staff were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and attentive. The property was clean with plenty of parking. No nefarious activities or unsavory characters hanging around anywhere. The room was spacious, clean, and had a refrigerator, dining area, and outstanding AC. The bed was clean, comfortable and king sized. The bathroom was small but functional. Housekeeping did a thorough cleaning prior to my arrival.

We stayed here once in the past and did not have a good experience. However, I like to give places a second chance. This time the stay was better, but still not great. We travel with our cat, which is why we stay at Motel 6. The property at 595 E. Palm Canyon is a much better choice. That property is very well managed, and is in a beautiful location. The staff at this location were friendly, particularly Joshua at the desk, and every housekeeper we encountered. Particularly the one I take to be the leader. The room was dated, definitely time for a refresh, but the beds were comfortable. The internet is horrible here, as it was with our previous stay, so they clearly haven’t taken steps to update. The shower was horrible. Needed maintenance and had terrible water pressure. Only one ice machine was working, and even it would often be out of ice. My advice is to stay at the 595 E. Palm Canyon location if you are able. You’ll have a much better experience.

I have nothing to say
-
Not that I didn't like it. A moderate feeling of vulnerability re safety. The room door had a latch. The door itself was ill- fitted to the frame and jam and needs some help.

Better clean job and ac conditioning
-
Great accommodation!
-
Night employee was super rude, but everyone else was nice and helpful. Room was clean but outdated and needed repairs. Water pressure was great though

The check-in was so delayed. Finally got the key to room and it didn't work. Had three small kids with me and the elevator was out of service. Once in the room, the air conditioning unit was off wall and on floor, it was more than evident it hadn't been cleaned, absolutely no clean towels/sheets, black mold on sink in bath- disgusting- felt totally afraid to go outside with the drug meetings going on- so we just stayed in room and slept on top of the beds and left first thing in the morning to a local wonderful boutique hotel in Palm Springs. My mom made the reservation as she had stayed in one of these updated Motel 6 places about 7 years ago during a Calif trip and thought the Palm Springs one would be nice as it's right downtown. No such thing. Huge disappointment.
