Looking forward to my next stay at this hotel on my next trip to Panama City

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Location was perfect close to the beach and many places to eat. Bed comfortable. The pillows are thin fyi. And the old type ac was very loud. But did help drown out outside sound ! I was also concerned it blew out dust so I sneezed a lot. However we’d still come back.

It could have a small table in the living room to put your drink on . Like next to loveseat or chair

This motel is close to the beach.

The family room was a good size and it had a small kitchen in it witch was amazing for our big family. It was very very close to the beach witch was a big plus for us. The staff was very friendly and the pool was amazing. The location was good. We were close to a lot of things. Definitely will be back.

We loved our stay at the aqua and will definitely go back. The owner was so nice and even allowed us to do early check in. We loved the pool and the location is fabulous! Only thing that was off, was that Our tv didn’t work. However, we didn’t care since we were out at the beach or pool.

The staff was amazing!!! We accidently locked ourselves out once at 1 a.m. we called the number on the door and they had us back in literally in ten minutes.The pool is open 24/7 which pretty much sold me to stay there all the time when I go. They have an ice machine and washer and dryer. They are right at the beach access. Two/Three minutes you're in the sand. You can borrow a broom and dust pan from the front desk to keep the sand to a minimum. There are beach stores a Mexican restaurant and a 24/7 gas station right in front of the motel. Schooners is a five minute walk away. The motel is quiet and away from the front beach road hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable which is a big score for me. I've seen this motel for many years when I would frequent PCB but never tried it out. From now on this is my home for visits to the beach. To no fault of the property the ice machine went down causing me to have to buy ice a time or two. There was a noisy kid not being parented properly stomping the floor and jumping on the bed above us for hours on end quiet time is told to all residents to be 10 pm and the noise continued into midnight sometimes. And it rained a whole day LOL

Super comfortable bed, clean room, and super nice lady at the front desk, easy to get checked in and out That the room didn’t have a broom/ hair dryer

We loved how close to the beach the motel was! We were not sure how the motel would be however we were pleasantly impressed with the motel room. We had a pullout couch and a chair to sit in. there were two TVs a full fridge that has a freezer There was pots and pans and silverware already in the unit. There was a stove and an oven a microwave a very nice bathroom.

Pet friendly motel. Staff very friendly. close to the beach. Floors could have been cleaner.

Even though it’s a little older place, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Very close to the beach. Pet friendly! Rooms are a little smaller than other hotels but it was fine for 2 adults.

Location. Walking distance to beach. Old and worn down buy affordable. No lights in closets or hanging rods. No tv in bedroom.

Nothing but location to beach! It was filthy, closet gross, covered chair gross, fridge beat up and stained brown inside, towels gray with rust/blood stains, floor was BLACK with boards coming up, I made a comment to NATHAN that handed me a broom!! NO ICE ENTIRE STAY! Water line break so no water for several hours and couldn't give me clean towels I requested. Filed complaint with Booking who said they reached out and made an offer so I went into office to inquire but was treated terrible by TARA and then NATHAN who just walked up from somewhere knowing nothing and threatening my partner who was oblivious because he was in the car and threw us out a day early and called the sherrif FOR NO REASON. We packed immediately and left. Sherrif was very nice and was showed all the filth. I received a call from your agent, Norman, who was to investigate and get back with me. I begged him to have them pull the tapes from the office and outside to see for himself. They ruined our vacation!! IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO DROP THIS PLACE! I'm awaiting a response back from Booking, and definitely need reimbursement for our last day 6/25. The tapes you need to view are for 6/25 around 12:15 Please get back with me ASAP. Thank you!

Super close to Beach access, extremely friendly Staff A man with a leaf blower was out at 4am cleaning sand off the sidewalk.

Nothing Dirty and over priced

The staff was good and it was close to the beach. The rooms were way smaller, the pics online were way off, the box spring cover had something spilled on it and the walls were so scratched up, where the chair was. The bathroom was so small

It was close to the beach 2 days in a row there was no wate, the sheets weren’t clean, the electricity went 3X in one day, the room was too small, the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough and the freezer didn’t keep anything frozen

Nothing Pictures do not look like place I picked. Old, dirty, broke down, and after hours phone number on door can help with nothing except late arrivals.
