Es asqueroso. Personas ebrias, mal aspecto fumando y todo suciooo sucio. Llame a expedía y no me resolvieron. La app tambn es nefasta

Everything was very good the only thing was that the floor was full of sand and the place was smaller than we expected but in general everything was perfect since we were basically only there to sleep. The beach is a 30-second walk away, it is beautiful perfect for families; the motel is pet friendly but the beach is not so if you want to take your dog to the beach you have to go to pier park dog beach and it is half an hour from the motel. The location is perfect, there is too much to do. Spanish: Todo estuvo muy bien lo único fue que el piso estaba lleno de arena y el lugar era más pequeño de lo que esperábamos pero en general todo estuvo perfecto ya que básicamente solo estuvimos ahí para dormir. La playa queda a 30 segundos caminando, es hermosa perfecta para familias; el motel es pet friendly pero la playa no lo es entonces si quieres llevar a tu perrito a la playa tienes que ir a pier park dog beach y queda a media hora del motel. La ubicación es perfecta, hay demasiado para hacer.

Air was not working properly, there were so many issues no parking spaces rooms dirty(floors, bathroom floor) toilet paper shoved inside a hole in the bathroom, it was jus horrible we enjoyed our vacation outta the room within family but We learned a quick lesson learned staying here NEVER AGAIN!!

The AC was great. My room was nice and chilly. The bed was very comfy, I slept great during my stay! I loved that the beach was just a quick walk away! I will be coming back next time I come to Panama City.

I didn't even stay it was so nasty we got sick soon as we entered the room we had to leave immediately

This was the absolute nastiest place I have ever stayed. Sand and hair in the bed, half PCB sand on the floor, pink and black mold in the shower, sink and toilet, poop ring under plunger by toilet, bed was horrible, pillows worse, dust inches thick on everything, coughed everytime in the room from dust and mold, asthma! Ac on 67 felt like 85, the manager was helpful, gave me a broom and dust pan, expressed our disgust of housekeeping and she had the one house keeper come clean, she was in the room less than 15 mins and left the dust on the bed, did not clean bathroom, mopped the sand around, had a shady dude tweeking for hours between cars until someone called the police to chase him off, found out from housekeeping they let homeless people stay there on off season, that’s nice but not cleaning after and the hanging around is not ok. Housekeeper said the owners are cheap and she only works there because she lives a few blocks away and had been there 7 yrs. She stated she can’t clean all the rooms because it’s to much. That’s insane! Hire more help! My sister and I left it cleaner than we got it. We bought mold cleaner, gloves and brush and gagged as we cleaned the bathroom, showered in our shoes. Slept on the blankets we had to go buy. This was the trip from the pits of hell! The male manager was told and he ignored us, the female was nice and apologized.! It is very close to beach access and could really be a prime spot if owners cared! Posting pics zoomed in. Before/after

This motel is close to the beach.

We loved how close to the beach the motel was! We were not sure how the motel would be however we were pleasantly impressed with the motel room. We had a pullout couch and a chair to sit in. there were two TVs a full fridge that has a freezer There was pots and pans and silverware already in the unit. There was a stove and an oven a microwave a very nice bathroom.

Exceptional

This property was so bad that we only stayed one night, even though I had already paid for an entire week. We chose not to return because the conditions were unacceptable. The property was dirty, there was evidence of smoking despite the no-smoking policy, and it was not worth the money we spent. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better from both the property and Expedia.

The room was just way smaller than expected. Smallest hotel room i expected ever seen.
