Hampton Inn Panama City Beach

Visually the room looked clean however when we got in bed, the bed smelled funky; a cross between a musty smell and a body odor smell. It did not smell clean. It was so late and we were so tired that we just went with it because we had to get up the next morning and leave. Also the walls. I don’t know what they’re made out of but I heard everything and I don’t hear very well. I have an ear that I have significant hearing loss and I still heard people in the hallway, people upstairs, doors slamming all night long. It was incredible how loud everything was inside that room. The staff was fine. Everybody was friendly. We were only there one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I specifically booked it because of the high rating and I was disappointed.

Like the fact that it was close to restaurants, didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get any house cleaning services done which was supposed to happen every other day during our stay and we stayed 4 days

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Parking is $10 and comes out of the security deposit. In the cut and behind a gas station.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable the pool didn’t look like anyone cleaned it daily. The staff was really nice . I didn’t know there was a 10 dollar a day to park at your hotel that I didn’t like. However our cold water wasn’t working so we had to change rooms and for the inconvenience they waived the parking fee.

Last minute rental due to vacation condo air conditioning going out. Easy to book, arrive, self-park and check in. Settled in in no time at all!

Great service and comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights. They were pet friendly. Unfortunately the cleaning service never stopped by so I had to go to the front desk each night for fresh towels. But overall decent stay.

We arrived at the hotel early and checked in; however, the front desk attendant barely greeted us. Since it was too early for a room, she said she will put me on the waiting list but she never called so we hung around until the time to check in. The attendant this time was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were too soft and the TV did not work properly. Overall it was a nice stay, breakfast was good and most of the staff were very courteous.

It was a decent room. Please be aware they charge you for parking and the breakfast was just okay.

Clean room. Helpful/friendly staff. Breakfast standard fare (eggs/bacon/potatoes/oatmeal/bagels/waffle maker) and palatable. Didn't use other amenities (gym {quite small]/washer/pool).
