Hotel was mostly clean, but there was a stain on the sheets. Teflon coating on waffle maker peeled off badly into my waffle, I threw it away and skipped waffles. Someone I assume worked at the hotel abruptly approached me at the breakfast buffet and asked something about if I took a drink. Maybe was referring to their small store area? He must have had the wrong person but the exchange was uncomfortable and he did not offer any apologies.

The hotel is clean and up keep. Staff are very nice. Complementary breakfast is good enough. Plenty of parking. This is good hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff were very sweet friendly and inviting. Everything we needed was in our room and our name was even on the TV when we can in which my son absolutely loved! The beds were pretty stiff, one was definitely older you could hear the springs crunching together the toilet paper sucked, falling apart with every wipe and there was black mold in the bathroom and outside the downstairs elevator... Definitely should've been a bit nicer for the price!

Carpets down the hallway either need to be cleaned or replaced...I go for replacing. The toilets, I believe are original. I might as well been sitting on the floor. Replace those "low riders" with updated 17" toilets.... which are also more efficient. They use much less water.. Tubs...I bet 95% of guests do not take a bath. Replace with shower stalls. Safer. On a positive note, breakfast was very good. Front desk personnel were attentive. But ask for a towel from a room steward and be told to go to the front desk because she didn't have one.....well, not a good answer. The mold issue should have been a comp for that night. Was not even considered. I guess I would probably stay some where else when we go back to visit Panama City Beach.

1st room full of mold on ceiling. No ac either. 2nd room very very damp.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. I'd definitely stay there again. My one and only complaint would be the room lighting. It was very dim.

This hotel was good for our quick trip to Panama City Beach. Like most beach properties, it needed a little maintenance. The high number of guests during the season results in a little wear and tear, but we would definitely stay here again.

Location The hotel is worn down and the room wasn't clean. I was charged 3 times for this booking and I'm still trying to get this sorted out. Horrible place, I will never go back
