Great Stay!!!!!!

We had a very nice stay there.

I wish I would have known about the construction prior to booking. Overall the property was well maintained and the staff was friendly.

Nice rooma

I wish SO much that there were hotel chains that had TempurPedic mattresses in the room. Maybe not ALL of the rooms but at least 5 on a first come first serve basis. Nothing like an 8-hour drive to any hotel and you can't sleep.

I loved the ocean view room we had for our honeymoon!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were there for 4-5 days, toured the property and walked over to the next resort to visit family!!!

Great property!

I loved the private beach. The pools and hot tubs were great. There was a drunk adult causing mischief no security to address made us go to our room early. Bar was extremely slow with service and receiving food. Over an hour for just pizza. Waitress was very friendly. Moved our check out time ti 11am however I was locked out of my room at 10am. The key did not work. All and all it was a very nice experience. I guess I expected higher standards from a Hilton and for the price we paid.

It was a very nice stay, we were able to relax and rest. Rooms were clean and smelled great.

So this is our second time staying at a Blue Green Property and I have to say we are done doing so. Our room was terrible. The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet clogged daily because of very low water pressure, the walls were paper thin and we had to listen to our neighbors daily, the door outside slamming constantly and the pipes in our wall rattled every time someone near us used the shower. We paid a pretty decent price and absolutely NO SERVICE for clean bedding in a 6 day stay (even when we called). We had to do our own cleaning services (take garbage out, make sure towels were outside, and call for new towels or anything else we needed). I guess customer service is just a thing of the past and what we pay for now is for us to do everything on our well earned and deserved vacation. Also, we decided to try the time share meetings where they ASSURED us over and over they would not pressure and literally the one guy followed me out and all the way down to the main foyer saying he could do this and this. It was ridiculous.

Helpful staff, tons of activities, including free mini golf, board games, pools and beaches. Even a tour company onsite!! Helpful staff always present. Free laundry services.

There is a disconnect of miscommunication between reservations and their front desk. What has been paid and not been paid in advance doesn't translate. And notes made on the reservation for special accommodations or special services not notated or read by the check-in staff. Front desk sometime dismissive of concerns.

Every staff member was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our Sister Trip!

We will definitely being going back. Usually stay in main part on front beach road just to get stuck in traffic. Loved the area and not far from everything. The little private beach was so nice and quiet. Loved it!!
