Very immaculate grounds. We actually took the plastic off of the mattress in the couch bed in our room. The front desk, lady named King, was absolutely amazing. True asset! Breakfast was good, easy to work with and didn’t bat an eye when I wanted another blanket or towels. Enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to not miss any of the fun. Highly recommend!

Hotel is new or newly remodeled, very clean, staff was friendly, and the location is close to the beach with easy parking. Only pitfall was the guest dryer didn’t get our beach towels completely dry, but I wasn’t expecting perfection there. Would choose this hotel again!

Great place to stay. Unfortunately the TVs screen in our room was shattered… same TV was also outdated, no streaming apps at all. Other than the previously mentioned issues, it was a great stay.

I’ve known staff to try to make the Customer Service argue with them . I want a refund or want a credit to stay somewhere else because that’s ridiculous I had to pay to stay there in that condition

This property just opened. It is amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are cozy. The entire property was clean. The breakfast was fantastic as they had healthy choices. We enjoyed the hotel so much we extended our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. The beach access is within mins. The location is fantastic! It is within mins from Publix and other restaurants. It definitely did not disappoint!

I thought the room was nice. I didn’t think the showers were very nice. Had a distinct smell.

The main problem was the noise. I had just gotten off a five-hour drive and was looking forward to a peaceful stay, but there was constant noise from other guests almost immediately after check-in. It got so bad that I had to contact the front desk multiple times. The only time the noise stopped was after 10 PM, when staff (a young lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) had to call the room and address it. After that, it finally quieted down for the night. However, the next morning and again the following night, the noise continued. Breakfast was included, but I never got the chance to try it due to the overall experience. Another issue was at check-in. I booked a standard king room, but I was initially given double beds and told they were sold out. I was then told it was an “upgrade,” which didn’t make sense because I specifically reserved a king bed. Later, they were somehow able to “accommodate” me and give me what I originally booked, which made the situation feel inconsistent and a bit off. Overall, the staff did try to address the noise when I brought it up, but the experience just wasn’t peaceful. I go out of town to relax, and this stay was not restful at all. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
