Beautiful stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. 100% would book again in the near future!

Room was very clean. The whole inside of hotel had scent diffusers or something going.

Atwell may be one of our favorite places to stay in PCB. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are so spacious and cozy. The breakfast is great. My family stayed here in June and we enjoyed it so much we went back in July. We will definitely stay again!!

I liked that the rooms and property was clean. The breakfast was very good. I did not like that the pool was never open the entire time I was there.

The staff was wonderful. King and Raoul were wonderful. King made me feel like I was on vacation she never wanted us to do anything. It smelled wonderful

Property and staff are amazing. Very clean property. Located in a great location. Not far from the beach, there is food, a shipwreck island water park, and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Rooms are nice and clean. The only issue I had was that the other person who stayed there was very loud for the 3 days I was there, and the rest was hindered due to that. I informed staff after my stayed ended and was told and ask you have to let them know these things so they could rectify the problem. The last part my fault because i didn’t communicate that with the staff during my stay but waited after.

This was a nice hotel. Smelled very fresh upon entrance and the beverage station and overall lay out and cleanliness of the hotel was beautiful and had nice touches. Staff was very helpful- our first room had ants behind the headboard and the front desk moved us immediately before we got unpacked. The hairdryer in our room did not work and the manager brought us a new one very quickly. We also loved that we could earn extra reward points for opting out of housekeeping during our stay. We’d planned on spending the first day just at the hotel around the pool but when we went out, its was extremely green and from experience with our own neighborhood pool being shocked and closed for treatment, we knew it was not safe to swim (there were others in the pool though) so our kids were bummed about that- they did put up a closed for maintenance sign the next day so unfortunately we didn’t get to swim at all. Breakfast was good but we were looking forward to a waffle station and they didn’t have one here. Also our last day we came down for breakfast closer to the end (about 9:45) and it was literal slim pickings and there was no restock so just be prepared go to breakfast either early or during those middle hours to make sure you can take full advantage of the amenity. Overall a good stay and we were close to all the stores and restaurants we wanted and needed to visit

Clean rooms, immediate assistance if I needed anything, very accommodating to children and adults who are neurodivergent, very accommodating to all disabilities. Exceptional front desk staff who goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable, happy with your stay, both professional and personable. They make sure to get to know everyone by name which is an amazing friendly

Staff was excellent! Room was very clean! Major issues were that the dead bolt would not lock and the window was broken. In room 107. These issues , I will not return.

I cancelled my reservations the night before check-in because I thought I booked it for friday 17th of July and there were no rooms available. So the front desk cancelled my reservation so I’d like a refund back to the card I was charged

Staff was terrible,continually knocking door and even attempting to enter room with do not disturb sign on door, then then falsely claiming existing damage to a door and charging $250 after a 1 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Wish there were better breakfast options. But overall, the staff was helpful, and rooms were clean.

Very immaculate grounds. We actually took the plastic off of the mattress in the couch bed in our room. The front desk, lady named King, was absolutely amazing. True asset! Breakfast was good, easy to work with and didn’t bat an eye when I wanted another blanket or towels. Enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to not miss any of the fun. Highly recommend!

Hotel is new or newly remodeled, very clean, staff was friendly, and the location is close to the beach with easy parking. Only pitfall was the guest dryer didn’t get our beach towels completely dry, but I wasn’t expecting perfection there. Would choose this hotel again!

Great place to stay. Unfortunately the TVs screen in our room was shattered… same TV was also outdated, no streaming apps at all. Other than the previously mentioned issues, it was a great stay.

I’ve known staff to try to make the Customer Service argue with them . I want a refund or want a credit to stay somewhere else because that’s ridiculous I had to pay to stay there in that condition
