Boardwalk Beach Hotel

A basic older motel! The location was amazing!!! They didn't charge a deposit. The ac leaked water into the floor and the toilet leaked water in onto the bathroom floor. Maintenance came in but left and didn't fix anything. The pool was very clean. The elevator took about 15 minutes to get to you no matter what floor you were on. I would stay again but I only on the bottom floor

My room over looked the beach. We had room with bunkbeds but those mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Front desk staff was not very welcoming .we had to ask where our room was I feel that is something a customer should be told. Room was clean had to walk far to get ice. By the time you get back from getting ice it's half melted. Over all stay was good. The cleaning staff and security was wonderful and always working hard to keep the place clean. Love the pools

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The best part about this hotel is the location and direct beach access. You can tell that at one point in time the property was a very beautiful place to stay. With that being said the rooms and buildings were very outdated and in need of minor repairs. The check in process was a horrible experience that lasted hours even after the timeframe given by the app, booking details and staff. I will say that the staff do a FANTASTIC job at getting you a parking pass and allowing you to enjoy the pool and beach while you wait. The staff all get my thanks on being patient and kind during what was a VERY busy check in. I could not do what they do and I appreciate their kindness as other people checking in were not as kind. I traveled with a range of college aged kids to age 8 and we all felt safe whilst having a fun and memorable vacation. For the affordable cost the stay was still well worth every penny.

My first room smelled like fresh smoked marijuana, and it was so nasty. The second room smelled better, was cleaner, but definitely needs some maintenance work. Outside was ok, but for the price, it should have been way better. The staff were fine and helpful without any issues.

Everyone I dealt with was extrememy helpful. I had a room with a view of the ocean and the room was clean. I have stayed at this property three times and highly recommend it.

I checked in and got to my room and instantly noticed a weird smell, i saw 4 bugs/insects with 10mins of being in the room, and i saw mold in the lining of the bathroom sink. Due to this i chose to stay at another hotel. I went to cancel my stay in the lobby and i was told i have to do it through expedia which is fine. Apparently Expedia couldn’t get in contact with the hotel so now i will only get a partial refund for cancelling even though i am cancelling due to the poor condition of the room.

Room was supposed to have been a beach front but it wasn’t. Ants and cockroaches were crawling on room and bathroom floor. Staff didnt have any clean face towels.

Cheapest hotel on the beach, you get what you pay for, the floor was filthy, I never stayed at a hotel where you have to buy ice,told the staff about loose boards with screws sticking up, won’t be staying there again

Nothing like the photos at all. We had to constantly get clean towels and toilet paper: also second day no one came to to do a little sweep at least. With there being a lot of sand floors felt nasty

It was great. We booked last minute and got one of the last rooms they had.. we had a great view of the palm trees.. but it wasn’t their fault. Other than that everything was great! Friendly staff. Very helpful and very clean.

This is an older property in need of paint and updates in the rooms. The ceiling is cracking and in serious need of paint from stains. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever encountered in a hotel and the toilet was so low a 2 yr old could easily sit on it with no trouble. The room was comfortable otherwise and for the money it was a nice stay.
