Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and fresh. Nice continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous. Had a great stay at a very reasonable price

Check in was a bit slow and though the staff was polite and tried to be helpful, they didn't seem very confident in their tasks. Perhaps they were new?

We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min from the beach. It also smells bad , this was a romantic getaway with my wife and I knew as soon as the elevator opens on our floor she was gonna be let down and I thought I took care of it all but I really got taken

When we first entered our room we were hit with the smell of cigarettes - no amount of cologne could mask the smell. We asked hotel staff if housekeeping could help us, but we ultimately came back to the room still smelling like cigarettes. There was also a spot on the floor that was constantly wet next to the bed, we had to keep a towel there so our socks wouldn’t get wet. The refrigerator took hours to cool our food/drinks as well.

Everything was great, except for the housekeeping who didnt want to give me extra towels and wash clothes. There was 4 of us in a room we use that set and needed extra. If I pay my money I should be able to get extra towels with no problem.
