Very clean, and the staff was super amazing! The only complaint I have was the parking, big trucks took up the majority of parking so we had to park on the complete opposite side.

Well every looked good looked well kept and all but when we woke up the next morning there was roaches on the kitchen counter and around the trash can that is the only problem we had would we stay there again but we would have to know this problem was solved and it just wasn’t 1 or 2 we probably killed 10 in 2 days so we put all our stuff back in the car and only brought what we needed in

Bring your towel, because they charge 21.00 dollar each time they change. They said is pet friendly, but your dog can't bark. I was clean the floor because is like never cleaned, I throw away all family socks, during 3 days. You need to bring, trash can bags, the rooms have stove but you need to bring your stuff to cook. They cancel my reservation they said two hours before because my credit card no go through. I call, 3 , 2, 1 day before for full payment. They said no , paid when arrive. I tell the lady I need to change the credit card and she said don't worry you can paid when arrive.But when I arrive my reservation was cancel 2 hours before I arrive. My full payment was supposed are 470.00 and they wanted to charge me 1,700.00 and I said what!!! I'm sorry but I talk with you yesterday and you said, Don't worry you paid when arrive. Well she give me a discount and charge me 190.00 more 470.00, We'll I accept before 8 hour travel. We'll I learn something, call directly to Expedia, for any change. The customer service of Expedia are amazing.Thank you.

It was clean how ever had to pay extra for more towels toilet paper and staff were not helpful at all

The location of the property is convenient The room floor was dirty. When the front desk was contacted, they advised that I could come to the front desk to get the mop to mop the floor. I had just arrived, I would think that the room would already be clean prior to my arrival

Liked the room but if someone is staying above you you can hear everything they do. Someone was above us and stomped around all night.I’m sure that wasn’t normal for someone to walk around all night back and forth and walking really loud.The last night we were there was quite,so the people above us must have left.For the price you couldn’t beat it. Still recommend it.

Decently priced. Close to attractions and beach. The beds had to much wear, ie: my bed had sunken spots on one side of the mattress. The bedding also looked unclean.

I loved my stay at Wood Springs. The rooms were clean. The staff was always friendly and nice. I always saw a staff member cleaning something. They would be mopping, cleaning windows, power washing the sidewalks outside, etc..My only complaint about this establishment is that the beds were absolutely terrible. They remind me of the old mattresses when staying at camp as a kid. They were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. I would stay here again, but I will check how comfortable the mattress is as soon as I check in.

Clean place good location No room service or anything for my whole stay if I needed towels it would be $3.21 per towel per room never freshened up the room my whole 10 days
