The floor was dirty and made the floor slippery. Being on an upper floor put me and the rest of my party at a disadvantage with linen. We did not have enough towels and NO wash cloths. I noticed as housekeeping worked the bottom-front floor, they received wash cloths while others received hand towels causing us to go to a store and purchase wash cloths. The pool chairs are old and damaged and need to be replaced. Some upkeep to the property should be done other than the minimum standard job of the staff.

Hotel is super run down and not well maintained. The pool had mold on the steps and was unusable. The bedding was stained in my room. The door had a small gap at the bottom that made it not fully seal and let light in. Found multiple bugs on the room as well. Would not return!

The staff was nice. Showers could use a little elbow grease. Beds were comfy. Overall not bad. Convenient location.

The first room we were in had roaches, according to the hotel desk it was the only room that had a full kitchen it in and the front desk stated someone must of left food or something in there. We were put into another room which we weren’t too crazy about but we were 10 hours from home and had already paid for the hotel. I appreciate being put into another room but I won’t stay here again.

The hotel was great nice location I read other reviews and they put the hotel down saying how bad it was but I was well please with my stay and will be back close to the ocean and shopping and restaurants i loved it and enjoyed myself

The pool had a frog and stuff in it lol but I didn't mind I just don't know what to put here

Staff was very friendly.

No bath cloth no WiFi was traveling with kids next door was playing loud music all night and fighting. No breakfast or coffee in the room

El lugar es muy limpio solo vi que falta mas comunicación ya que al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dólares y todos los documentos de las personas que nos hospedamos y documentos de mi carro ademas recerve para 4 personas y me dijeron que no Hera asi mi reserva y pague mas dinero pero en lo que cabe fue todo bueno.

The wifi didn't work and their only response was the service was spotty, our showerhead had a leak upon check-in that after asking to have maintenance look at it was never addressed and there were roaches. We left the property early.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

I’d rate as “If there is no other place available stay there”. Rooms were ok but very aged (doors warped), faucet on sink was about to fall off and tv reception bad

Convenient and straightforward Wasn’t much not to like

The staff were amazing and over all stayed was good The only complaint I had was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom where apparently there was a massive leak. Felt like that should have been taken care of before another guest stayed. Other than that the stay was over all good
