Red Roof Inn Panama City Beach

Todo estaba bien pero las paredes están un poco sucias

Room was dirty. sofa was filthy. Extra deposit was taken even when I gave them a credit card for incidentals. Was never mentioned in my booking confirmation. Bed was noisy. Used to be a nice place to stay. Not sure what happened.

This hotel could use some remodeling. The room was ok, but obviously has seen some better days. I don't recall if there was a coffe pot in the room. I did appreciate the refrigerator.

When I came back from being at the beach all day I was greeted to black mold in the bathroom, a cockroach IN THE BED, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were supposed to be contacted my management as we made these complaints at check out (we only stayed one night at this hotel) and still have yet to speak to anyone about it.

Room felt unclean, the bedding felt damp and appeared to have mold growing on ceiling. Just not a comfortable safe environment. We only needed the room for the night, word of advice spend the extra 50 or 60 dollars and stay somewhere else.

There was no Breakfast, location was great. The property needed some updating especially around the pool.

Bathroom was VERY small

They don’t offer breakfast. The hotel was run down my room was infested with roaches the staff was terrible the manager lady that works in the morning was rude the housekeeper’s was rude and aggressive they made me and my kids feel very uncomfortable I will never ever in my life stay at that hotel ever again!!!!

I originally rented the room for a softball tournament, but it wasn’t a great location next to the beach and amusement park museum all types of stores and stuff . I definitely will be using that location next April. I had an absolute blast. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was great. I liked it a lot.

The smell of the room, lack of refund, had to pay to park at beach and drive to the beach ⛱️

There were roaches in my room

This place is a dump. Saw two drug deals while walking my service dog. Being a retired cop that worked dumps like this. I knew what I was looking at and my service K9 alerted me as well. Went inside the office and clerk was arguing with two different guests. After about 5 minutes we left without even checking in. We were able to find a much nicer and safer place 10 minutes down the road.

Room was in pretty rough shape black mold on ceilings. Leak spot on ceiling in bathroom with mold an damage door handle hanging off bathroom. Staff was great an polite an professional but the place it’s self is in rough shape
