Red Roof Inn Panama City Beach

I originally rented the room for a softball tournament, but it wasn’t a great location next to the beach and amusement park museum all types of stores and stuff . I definitely will be using that location next April. I had an absolute blast. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was great. I liked it a lot.

This place is a dump. Saw two drug deals while walking my service dog. Being a retired cop that worked dumps like this. I knew what I was looking at and my service K9 alerted me as well. Went inside the office and clerk was arguing with two different guests. After about 5 minutes we left without even checking in. We were able to find a much nicer and safer place 10 minutes down the road.

Room was in pretty rough shape black mold on ceilings. Leak spot on ceiling in bathroom with mold an damage door handle hanging off bathroom. Staff was great an polite an professional but the place it’s self is in rough shape

Nice stay, convenient to alot of shopping, eating, arcade across the street. I would stay again

Room was clean but very old outdated. Not the same room advertised on website. Hotel grounds need major repairs and upgrades.

Marijuana on floor, dead bugs on floor and bugs on walls, broken door locks, clothing left on floor (bras), stains on bed and couch, dirty walls, terrible customer service.

No estuvo mal, pero habia cierto olor a humedad que fue poco como para dormir.

Staff was great!!! But holes in wall and floors were nasty and no washcloths… Couch in room needs replaced and so does dressers the insides were yuk Shower was ok Air was the best thou!!!

The staff was awesome anything I needed they helped me immediately.

Me gustó que estaba bastante cerca de todo. Sobretodo la playa. El lugar estaba bien solo que me hubiese gustado que lo limpiaran diario. Pero la seguridad en el lugar, estaba bien. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Everything was good

Everything was falling apart like the toilet. And mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And my door lock did not work.

Overall good stay

The property was fine. Everything was clean and well kept. The only issue was check in. It literally took an hour to check in. There were 4 people ahead of me and it must’ve been train the new guy Saturday. It was agonizing. The manager had zero interest of jumping in and speeding things up to get caught up.

We had a room that slept 4 people but had to pay $10 per person over 2 guest. I’ve never had to do that before.

The room stated that it could sleep 4 people, but we were charged an additional $10 per person for the 3rd and 4th guest. We were confused on why this is a thing if the room sleeps 4 and you book it for 4 guests.

The hotel appeared recently renovated. It was still a little rough around the edges. However, room was clean and bed linen was great. Overall, not too bad of a place.
