Friendly staff and quick check in Not really on the beach, its down the road though. TV and phone was not working but it did get fixed, wasn't really worried about the phone other than if you needed something, you had to go to the front desk in person.

Staff was fine. Air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool. Room was dirty. Old food was left in fridge. Shower was filthy. Closet was dirty. Seems cleaning consist of just linens and a quick vacuum.

The location the breakfast is very poor same food everyday and limited The bathtub was very slippery, and I fell while trying to reach a towel. I reported the fall to the front desk, but no one has responded yet. I feel like this place, whoever is running it, only cares about making money. They don't understand the customer experience. I will never stay here again, I hope I don't have to do that.
