We had an amazing stay at Garner by IHG in Panama City Beach! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Our original hotel nearby unexpectedly canceled our reservation before we arrived, and we were so stressed trying to find another place to stay. Thankfully, Deandra went above and beyond to help us. She worked hard to find a room for us and even got us checked in early. Her kindness and outstanding customer service completely turned our day around, and we are so grateful for her help. The room was in exceptional condition—everything was spotless from top to bottom. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in cleanliness and maintaining the property. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to start the day. This was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Deandra, and the entire Garner staff, for making our stay such a positive one. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Panama City Beach!

Even though the hotel could not control the water issue. Not having water the last day was awful. We couldn’t use the rest room or freshen up to hit the road.

Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Close to everything (Les than 5 minutes to beach) and near arcade for the kids. Breakfast was outstanding and the value was good for a quick weekend. The gap between the door and the floor was really large. Also, turning out of the property was difficult (couldn’t turn left at all!). The caulking needed replacing as most had mildew or mold in our room.

mid place. nothing cool. literally housing people with the bare minimum. Not enough space to eat breakfast for the entire hotel and OBVS. everyones going to eat bfast so thats weird, pool is not anything cool, rooms are alright not super clean or fancy and bathroom seems broken and trashy.
