An organization that maintains a super level of service. Tru is true at all we’ve used over the years. This one was no exception. Morning breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items to choose from.

The location was great and the price was fair. The afternoon receptionist. He was lazy. All ways on his phone, when you had a question, he made you feel like you were bothering him. We had a maid that left the trash in our room. Did not change out the shampoo. Let trash bags on our bed

No hot water in shower. They seem to have the instant hot water heaters with a rating below the flow rate in the shower. The water temp never reached 100 degrees F.

Comfortable place for a short stay in PCB. The beds were Comfortable, I enjoyed the smart TV in the room as well. Breakfast and coffee was great! The pool table was a bonus for the young adults traveling with me.

Location was fine hotel was clean staff was nice Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the frames seemed like they were going to fall apart. The toilet was not properly bolted to the floor and moved when sitting on it. The a/c when it kicked on sounded like it was full of water. And you could hear the people in the next room…every word.

Every member of the staff with whom I spoke was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I enjoyed conversing with many staff members, and each and everyone was extremely receptive.The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The variety was unprecedented. Anything anybody could wish for in a breakfast item was included in this buffet. Bananas and apples were also available, with the apples actually wrapped in saran wrap. That way, you knew that it was clean and untouched. I would suggest that perhaps a glass or plastic cup be available in the bathroom. Of course, that’s not a big deal, and that’s the only thing I would suggest. Perhaps it was an oversight.

All the staff were wonderful and nice, clean room, good beds, plenty of towels and wash clothes, well lit parking lot. Per friendly, wonderful breakfast with awesome oats, parfaits, fruit and nuts. We felt safe. We will be back!!! Great job!!! That we had to leave. :)

Breakfast was OK. Bathtub was dirty, black mold around the sides. Drain stopper not installed properly, had to fix it. Floors made our socks dirty. Room had no drawers or places to put our stuff
