Breakfast was OK. Bathtub was dirty, black mold around the sides. Drain stopper not installed properly, had to fix it. Floors made our socks dirty. Room had no drawers or places to put our stuff

This is perfect for family super clean and new no complaints about it.

The first room the hotel put us in the door wouldn’t open. My husband had to push into the door with his shoulder in order to get it open and the same issue with getting out of the room. The hotel then moved us to a room on the 4th floor and the sheets and comforters on both beds were soiled with blood. We had to go to Walmart to purchase sheets and blankets for both beds.

Will stay again.

Repeat visits to this hotel. Rooms are very updated. Pool table in lounge, heated outdoor pool, firepit. Excellent

I stayed here about a month ago. From the very start the service was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. I arrived earlier than anticipated and I was able to check in right away. I was alone and felt very safe on the property. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to PCB.

Fue una buena estadía aunque no puedo decir que fue increíble. A pesar de estar en un área de no fumadores, el pasillo camino a la habitación, tenía un olor a algo que no era cigarillo precisamente, el staff en el front desk parecían estar molestos siempre, las lavadoras no funcionaron cuando las utilicé, no exprimieron la ropa, tuve que hacerlo manualmente, la limpieza en la habitación fue aceptable aunque el piso estaba pegajoso. Por el precio, creo que pueden haber mejores opciones de hospedaje en el área.

Clean and friendly staff

The entire three night stay was excellent. Breakfast food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enough parking was provided. A very enjoyable stay.

My only concern—which wasn’t really an issue for me personally, as I’m not hesitant to ask for help—was the gentleman at the front desk. Although he assisted whenever I asked, his demeanor came across as unmotivated and uninviting. While he was doing his job, he didn’t seem particularly approachable. I could see how someone who is more timid or hesitant to ask for assistance might find that discouraging. The front desk is the face of a hotel and often sets the tone for a guest’s experience. A warm, welcoming, and approachable attitude can make a lasting positive impression.

Very clean rooms, great breakfast buffet, and very reasonably priced.

Great stay!!!

I had to leave shortly after I arrived. My reservation was canceled and I paid full price for a room for it to be nasty and a restor air machine on in the room when I asked what the machine was I was told to vacate the room immediately for safety reasons. It was the only room they had with two beds.

Sraff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was very giid and plentiful

I would not recommend this hotel
