I booked a a room for 2 people and it is was like a suite that I loved They did not agree for a late check out , right on time. A little have would have helped from staying out in the sun

The property is amazing. It was the second time we stayed there. However there had been a storm before we arrived. There was no TV or internet for our two day stay. We felt it was a little ridiculous how long it was taking to fix it. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. The front desk staff greeted me with a warm smiles and made our check-in easy. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable with crisp linens. The location is very convenient from Pier Park, beachs and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

The property was off by itself but I honestly liked it. Just by a park and school. It was very clean and quiet. The day lady in the front was amazing. The whole experience was great!!! Especially traveling with small children. I couldn’t find one bad thing to say about it

Clean spacious rooms. Close to beach, attractions and Walmart. We got food and cooked a couple of things. Breakfast was good but only sausage for meat. Hubby wanted bacon. Will definitely stay again.

breakfast was good you screwed up reservation. I booked for 9-11-26 thru9-14-26 but had to paya gain for 9-1226 thru 914-26. You say you supply toiletries but no tooth brush or tooth passte and no bottle water. In addition the wifi would not work and one of the lamps in living room was burned out. I am chief/president of Lifeline Rescue. I do not tolerate mistakes by my people so I expect the same from you considering the high price. I can't tell you how to run your business but I can refuse to patronize it and I can insure my agent ,1000, will do as I request. I had planned using your location for officer of the month reward but that will not happen now and even though the facility is quite nice if the service is not then we have no use to return but instead create a permanent boycott
