My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything from the rooms cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and made for a great stay.

I wish my stay was longer. Our room was beautiful. The beds so cozy.

Pool was dirty all day long!!

I liked everything about the hotel it was my first time ever staying at a Hilton and the staff was amazing and we had free breakfast every morning and on Wednesday evening they had snacks and arts for the kids and adults plus a very nice pool and lounging area. I definitely would stay there again

This is a nice hotel. Best thing about is the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. For some reason I was thinking the beach was closer but it wasn’t. It was a short drive. If u get a chance go to St Andrew bay. The water is AMAZING. Totally different from the water at the other beaches. No seaweed at all. I felt like I was in a part of Greece. Anyway, back to the hotel: my water pressure was very low the whole time and the toilet had to be fixed because it could barely flush. Overall I like it. I’d stay again if I need to but I’d rather be close to all the action and the beach.

Nice suites, active pool, nice sitting area outside.

The room was great. Sleep was all we had time to do but would definitely come back for a longer stay. Didn’t dislike anything that we saw.

Location Nothing

Total experience was great. My issue was whoever was above me in 311. All nights around 9-11 pm it sounded like a wrestling match was taking place. The pounding was relentless. I was going to call; however, I did not want to get involved with whomever was above me. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating.

The hotel is set back from the roadway so I created a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was very good and plenty of seating available. The front desk actually texted me to let them know if I needed anything and it was very convenient for me in that I was able to text them if I had any questions or concerns. They responded right away. The check in was quick and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were wonderful and spacious.

1. I cannot blame this one on the hotel itself, unless perhaps making the suggestion to have security walk the halls, but there were older kids running (stomping) through the halls up until midnight, making sleep really difficult. They did many laps...very frustrating. In general, you can feel a lot of footsteps (both above us and on our floor). Again, some people are just heavy footed or have kids with them (we had ours too), so I cannot blame it on the hotel. But we stopped our kids when they would jump around, and I wished more parents would think of other guests in the same way. Save that for the pool and playground :) 2. The main smoke alarm had an error at 1 am and woke everyone in loudest and worst way possible. I called the front desk to see if it was a real issue or just a mistake, and no one answered. The alarms turned off and that was it. No follow up announcement, nothing. But we were very shaken up! 3. When I turned on the light during said smoke alarm incident, there was a tiny roach next to my lamp...which ran away as soon as the light was on. Where there's one tiny roach, there are many hiding. I didn't report this to the front desk because at that point, I was pretty jaded.
