The staff was very friendly & the amenities were nice . They could maybe offer light breakfast snacks .

The fact that I could extend the stay daily and that it was reasonably priced. Well, I do have a problem with roaches and there are a few in the room. I went and bought some spray and that seemed to help.

The pool was nice. The room was very humid and they said breakfast but it’s has been months about since they had it . They also were under construction but the hotel was a different name from what was advertised online .

Nothing Hotel changed names. This hotel had Candlewood suites on the building. None of the phone #’s worked to get in touch with hawthorn. Took 2 1/2 hrs to find it. No breakfast.

It was close to our destination. Our room was not clean and the televisions didn’t work.

Nothing really. We didn’t even get breakfast. I don’t like that the website failed to mention the hotel was under renovations/construction. We were not able to the laundromat nor pool and they also didn’t have breakfast!

Room was big and comfortable. Little noisy. Doors stick so you have to slam them.

Location The hotel was undergoing a renovation. There was no breakfast as advertised. Our room smelled like construction adhesive. Woke up with a headache in the morning as did my daughter.

Bed was comfortable, good location and price Remodeling so no breakfast as advertised. Elevator had paper on walls with vulgar writing all over it. Hair in our “clean” shower, outside way entrance was dirty.
