Beds Nasty Doors slam instead of closing slowly broke 4year olds finger Floor trim wasn’t even down No dishes or silverware Asked for linen never got it had to go to desk each time.

Romm was spacious, free laundry service was good also just supply your own detergent. On the second day of our stay we found a number of items that did not belong to us. A receipt inside a pillow case from the 19th July our stay checkin was 25th, the top of a perfume bottle, top of a deodorant bottle, broken toothbrush travel cover and an empty bottle of root beer under the bed. The blind on the balcony is also very flimsy and let's a lot of light through.

It was available. Large rooms. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean. I understand it’s dog friendly but a steam mop to remove poop from grout. Repairs done sloppy.

Only thing was the pillow! You don’t use a spin mop to mop floors. Goodness get an industrial mop and do it right. You always sweep before hand also, otherwise you are just pushing the dirt around. They could have stood to clean windows, doors and vacuum hallways. Hair tie was on the floor in front of our door and never picked up. So I know it wasn’t vacuumed. Elevator doors were disgusting. Elevator was slow, so pack a lunch on your way up or down. Staff was eh, need to smile more. No continental breakfast as advertised.. microwave was dirty and room floor wasn’t mopped. Definitely could use some deep cleaning. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to stay.

Room was clean but the hotel was in the process of remodeling but everything was nice. The kitchenette was a plus for me

The bed was comfy. Granted they were under construction, but it was very quiet in the evening.

Under construction with materials and trash everywhere especially in lobby and hallways. Front desk clerk was BEYOND rude. Didn’t acknowledge us. Never looked up from computer. Refused to let us check in due to room not being ready. Refused to let us move to another room. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing athletic clothes and very short hair (Mens cut). No breakfast or even coffee. Halls smell of mold and weed. The only good thing about this stay was that it’s final over!
