Good hotel

Upset this place is part of Marriot’s family, but kot up the standards

The place is very close to the beach and about 25 mins away from Panama City Beach. It was an excellent stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is small but honestly left me and my friend very full for our big roadtrip back home.

The hotel in general was very clean and smelled good. The room was clean as well and the breakfast was hot and nice. Staff were always very attentive and the place looked well maintained.

Property was clear staff was good. Breakfast was okay but the alarm woke everyone up at 6:30 we had to evacuate twice broke everyone sleep

The rating of this hotel is fake, if I want rate them 6.3 is the most, they don’t deserve more.

My stay at the Fairfield hotel was great! The staff was great and helpful, friendly, very professional. The property was clean. I will definitely recommend.

the shower curtain was tooo short and water went everywhere , so only a quick shower. needs to be fixed.

Room wasn’t available until WELL after the 4pm check in time, and was only given then after we went to the desk for the third time. Fire alarms went off multiple times between 6 and 7 am with no communication from staff. We ended up just getting up and leaving.

I always stay here when we visit Panama city

Staff was very attentive to our needs. We needed to change rooms because of travelers directly above us with small kids. They were very accommodating and made sure that we were able to enjoy our time at the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was in great condition and everything was nice.

Once we got to our room, we were disappointed by how small it was. The bigger issue, though, was the bathroom. The shower was disgusting, with gray residue covering the walls and behind the soap and shampoo dispensers. The bedside lamp flickered, and the phone didn't work either. I went back to the front desk, and the staff was very accommodating. After trying a few things, they moved us to another room. The second room was decent. The bathroom was cleaner (though not spotless), and they even called shortly afterward to make sure everything was okay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that night the AC barely blew any air, making the room uncomfortably hot. It eventually kicked in, so we didn't report it. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was limited, and there was an odd smell throughout the dining area. Overall, we were pretty unimpressed and surprised by the high ratings this hotel has. The customer service and location were the highlights, but everything else was just... bleh.

Pleasant scent upon entering clean hotel. The elevators are a bit old and a little slow and the WiFi available to guests was bad. It’s an open WiFi that anyone can join. You don’t need a room number or anything. The WiFi is so open that connecting to Netflix on the tv is impossible. We tried calling front desk. The attendee said he was the only one there so he couldn’t help. Other than this, the hotel was, breakfast area was basic but clean and coffee was good.

The rooms were very nice and clean, bed was comfy.

Have stayed Here all week over the condo on the beach!

Room and pool smaller than expected, but all was very clean. Love the location. Staff was very nice and decent breakfast.
