Lobby is nice and the girl behind the desk was great! The rooms are disgusting, unclean and have a noxious odor of mold. We asked to move rooms, thinking it was just an issue with our first room but the next room was the same. Visibly dirty and smelled of mold and sweat. We booked when arriving in the city, arrived 20 minutes after booking for check in, moved from our first room to our second room (which the front desk girl was super helpful in accommodating), then ultimately decided to check out without staying because it was so gross. We spent less than 15 total minutes at the property and from booking to checking out, less than one hour. The property refused to refund, even though we never stayed and had JUST booked. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude. Would never recommend staying at this hotel.

The front desk was amazing, she was able to provide restaurant recommendations and always make us feel welcome and accommodate a change on the room after our initial room had some A/C unit issues. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Unfortunately the pool was closed during the long weekend, what is really odd. The breakfast was lacking on my opinion, they didn’t refill the hot meal and the table were not wiped. Most of the time there were no juice, yogurt or milk.

The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff. And the property was well maintained.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the incredible customer service we received! At the very last minute, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family, and their willingness to help truly made a stressful situation so much easier. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable. That level of hospitality is rare, and it made a lasting impression on our family. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was also excellent — plenty of great options and a wonderful way to start the morning. I also really appreciated the convenient setup and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Most importantly, though, it was the people who made this experience exceptional. When we needed help at the last minute, they didn't make us feel like an inconvenience — they stepped up and took care of us. Outstanding customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, stylish surroundings, and genuine hospitality. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.
