The bathroom needs some work. Shower basin is chipping, water pressure wasn’t optimal and it took a bit for hot water to come. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant but I am also a Hilton honors member and that wasn’t recognized

They did charge $10 a day for parking and for a suburban location I was a little surprised.

I loved everything about it.

It was fine. I had Expedia points that made it affordable so that and location to the soccer tournament is why I picked it. Every where had an intense smell - chemical and/or cleaning products or air fresheners - wasn't necessarily gross or bad just very strong everywhere like trying to cover something up. They do charge $10 for parking - it's on site, uncovered and not gated so it's a bit ridiculous to pay for nothing more than the privilege of using their open lot when you already paid for the room. Our shower wall was cracked the entire way across it and our door wouldn't lock so I let the front desk know and they said they'd let maintenance know to fix it. Front desk staff was kind. Breakfast was 5/10. Not the worst we've had but definitely had better but they did have options. Overall though I would say clean which is my biggest priority. Road construction makes it a little hard to get to but again for price and location it was all ok!

Upon arrival, the hotel’s entire system was down but the lady at the front desk worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone and get us checked in. I was impressed with her composure as others checking in seemed annoyed. The hotel itself was very clean and I’m giving this review an excellent because our stay was very nice. I will say, the coffee was not good. Tasted very watered down and weak. Both mornings during breakfast, there were men cleaning the bathrooms in the lobby. It seemed like a terrible time to clean bathrooms while there were several families convening with small children and no one could use the facilities. The breakfast itself was wonderful!

The breakfast was good and always on time. A nice selection to choose from. One of the cleaning ladies was very rude when asking her a question. I found that unnecessary.

Extremely rude front desk staff. I was charged twice and tried to kindly let them know of the error, and was told that it was an issue with my bank and not their system. At check in it was a woman with brown curly hair complaining about how terrible the system is… just to then say it’s my issue and not their system for the double charge. Parking is $10 and extremely limited late in the evening. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is not for you! It’s full of kids running around being loud all hours of the night with no staff, security, or PARENTS to stop the noise.
