One thing about our room was a bag of trash under the sink and only enough toilet paper for 1 time! 😳 No extra roll. But we were very pleased otherwise!!

We came in from during an 11 hour drive from Texas, when we got there we had to wait almost an hour will we went from room to room to try and find a clean room. Cleaning service socks, then we finally found one which wasn't that clean to be a new hotel the cleanliness was ridiculous as far as rooms go the hotel itself overall was clean though. They promised a refund (half) but I never received it.

Nice place and staff, unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms weren’t up to par. Floors were not mopped. Saw hair on couches, bed and floor. I saw a roach in the bathroom on my last night. The ice machine was on the 1st floor. I would like to thanks Josh at the front desk for making my stay better and welcoming. He was great.

We switched rooms 3 times before we got to the room we stayed in. They were not cleaned properly or thoroughly. We expected basic cleaning for the rooms. The staff seemed nice but they offered very little support and assistance after 3rd room. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, staff and

Newer property. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately the toilet in room had urine on the seat top, underneath the seat, and the back of the commode. Hairs in sink. Floor in the room dirty. Fridge exterior and interior dirty. Bed linens appeared clean. Pillows extremely small and flat however the mattress was comfortable. Questioned if shower was cleaned. I informed front desk staff of the condition of the room that evening and the following morning.

My room was not clean the floor still had food on it and the couch still had dog hair on it. The shower still had hair in it from the previous guests. I was on the 3rd floor and at night you can hear the other guests on the 4th floor sound like a heard of cows at 2:00 o’clock in the morning. The inside of the hotel was very nice and clean. In my opinion management should really inspect the rooms before you check them out to the next customer. Because customers are the ones who keeps your business going in this economy.

Thankfully, I expressed my concerns and they came to clean the room after I had wiped some stuff down the night before. Unfortunately, it still wasn't thoroughly cleaned, that being said, it was adequate enough for me to not complain again. Hopefully they can get their cleaning crew up to par because the actual hotel is nice! Great pool, outside grills, etc ... Management was very helpful and friendly.

Great location and the staff was great

Very lit up parking lot at night which us ladies appreciate. We did see majority at night and morning some sketchy looking people inside , who knows maybe just returned from bars or clubs idk. Lot of blue collar trucks outside so maybe a one night stop for workers. Bathroom floors visibly dirty and sticky. Room smelled a bit like urine not cleaned well. Staff however were super professional and outgoing .

The place looks really new, but it wasn’t as clean as I expected—cleanliness is what I value most. The staff also weren’t particularly friendly. However, it is an affordable option.

Absolutely nothing!! Rude, sketchy staff. Nasty property

We had some issues with the room and when we told management about this we were told we would get a refund. It had been 2 months and still have not received the refund. Will never stay here again
