Staff was accommodating at check-in. However, we left and came back and two of the staff were hanging out behind the building near the side door whispering and behaving unusual. Which made us uncomfortable. When we got into our room it looked good but it took a while to figure out that none of the light switches work until you push the one that looks like a motion detector. The floor was either mopped with a dirty mop, or not mopped at all. Once we got to bed, the upstairs neighbors either were moving all the furniture or practicing some dance moves for several hours. We got no sleep and had an early flight. We won't ever go back there. I was misled by good reviews. Nope and nope.

Very cool place to stay, very comfortable and convenient.

Long check in process. Room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait over an hour and a half for a room. Many other had the same issue.

I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.

The hotel lobby was clean, but the hallways, the bathroom floor in our room was not clean. Our sheets look like they had been slept in and there was makeup on the cover.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip. Let me just get right to it….Our room had a full trash can filled with trash from previous guest. The floor was completely disgusting with sand all over the room. Saturday morning when we left to go out for the day I stopped by the front desk and asked for our room to at least be swept and mopped, that did not happen. Our room only came with 2 towels and Sunday morning I asked for more towels and none were available. We did talk to another guest in the elevator that had been there almost a week and had no issues with their room.

Great place to stay for the week!!! Beach was sooo close!! Nice pool - very clean and airy, staff went out of their way to be friendly!

My first time here and it was a amazing stay for me and my husband.

The general manager was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure that our state was comfortable. Definitely recommend definitely coming back.

This is an awesome hotel. It has a full size refrigerator dishwasher and two burner glass top stove. (Kitchenette) beds are very comfortable. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the fact that there is no way you can walk to the beach in the amount of time on the hotels.com website. You would have to cross a major 4 lane highway and when I got to the other side I did not see a walking path at all. So I drove and it was over a half a mile drive. I don’t know about you but no way I coulda walk that. I Would drop over from the heat alone. We Only stayed two nights. First night someone was cooking something really awful smelling and it somehow seeped into our room keeping me from sleeping. Second night the people over me sounded like they were building something or moving furniture. So I didn’t get a lot of quality sleep the two nights I was there sorry to say. I would probably stay here again though. It is a great value for the price.

They only clean the rooms 1 time every 7 days, which is horrible being how expensive it is to stay here. But worse is when u ask for it to be cleaned since u are extending your stay (so more then 7 days) and u come back to the room and it still hasn’t been cleaned. I ended up in the ER from heat exhaustion and dehydration, so the last thing I wanted to do was have to go to the front desk and ask again for my room to be cleaned.

Perfect for families, rooms are big enough , amenities are great .

La habitación me dijeron que era de dos camas y solo tenía una y un solofa que no se podía agrandar no tenía sábanas la habitación adicionales y el personal tampoco me ayudó dijeron q no podían darme sábanas adicionales la habitación estaba sucia no aspiraron horrible la estancia pésima pa ir en familia
