Everhome Suites Panama City Beach - 30A

I do not write bad reviews but this property was so poorly managed and so poorly maintained. Its a little more than a year old and it was disgusting. Went to two rooms. Bedding in both was not chnaged just dirty sheets from the last guest remade as a clean bed. Slept on clean towels over the sofa which was filthy. One of the dirtiest i have seen.

I loved everything and all the staff. Their housekeeping is fantastic and they are all so friendly from the desk clerks housekeeping maintenance EVERYONE IS WONDERFUL and do their jobs 100% thank you all so very much for making our month long stay enjoyable from beginning to end

The room was nice but it wasn’t as clean as we expected. It wasn’t that far from Panama City and Rosemary beach. Good place

Bathroom had a leak. Room was full of sand on the floor felt when walking barefoot. Beds looked like they were rushly made(not really prepared for our arrival). There was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. But other than that, good set up, personel was okay.

Have used Expedia and Hotels.com for many many years too many times to count. Booked this hotel on Expedia on day of travel but hotel was fully booked when we arrived late at night after driving six hours. Hotel clerk said Expedia just sees what kind of rooms are available but not if rooms are actually available. Booked another supposedly available hotel in Santa Rosa [another two hour drive] only to be called by that desk clerk to say they just received the confirmed booking but Santa Rosa was full also. Had to drive to Destin and book a hotel after midnight by going there in person. Will never use an online booking app again unless it is for a specific hotel directly. Twice burned in one night is unforgivable.

It was a great experience my family and I will stay again

This place is amazing! It's beautiful, the rooms have everything you need, and there's a kitchen and even a grill outside. It was wonderful. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach and the beaches that are close by are thankfully a little quieter. It was a great place.

I would stay there again

Mekyel at the front desk was so friendly & customer service was what you look for. Hotel smells clean when you walk in . Awesome spot. Will be returning

No room service,No one to clean rooms, no tissue in the bath room, you need coin washer ,dryer.No one to empty trash can,need some to check rooms.I was very disappointed, because,the hotel was so nice.

Next, the rooms weren't cleaned well at all. I found hair numerous times, food behind the bathroom door, prints on the window, and the sink stopper was filled with some unknown material. Also, our room would shake periodically from what we assume was coming from the roof. It felt like a small earthquake when it happened. It usually lasted for a couple of minutes. I was thinking since this was a new hotel, it would be taken care of. However, that's not the case. One other thing this hotel is not 15 mins walking distance to the beach like it states. I wouldn't stay here again.

No breakfast was included like advertised and bathroom smell terrible from mold

Excellent!!! Nice-convenient-stayed 3 nights! Staff were wonderful!!! Great location for eating places and necessities! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Room was clean. Utensils were dirty. Lots of parking.
