Great location, amazing view, comfortable and clean. Staff and security were amazing, especially during spring break. Was very quiet and peaceful at night also. Add curtains to the bedroom window due to lights shining in most of the night and in the living room. Maybe add extra blankets. Asked a question about the door code, but did not get a response. Seemed only like automated answers.

Although it was the middle of spring break, in a very high impact area, knowing the gate was secured and keeping the parking lot safe, and having private access to/from the beach seems to help keep a little beach traffic down in the general vicinity Only one elevator was working in the building. Things still ran pretty smoothly with only the one working elevator.

Location is great The unit needed some attention and repairs

It gets a little hot in the afternoon and night but there was a box fan in the closet that helped!!!

Choose the summer or fall to go. Winter is too cold for going in the beach

The unit itself was very old and things like wallpaper covering the kitchen counter tops?! Ghetto big time!

The overall property was nice. One pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t. The bed in our condo was NOT comfortable. It felt like we were rolling into each other in the middle and it was hard to get out of. The floors were not very clean as you could tell if you walked around in socks or barefoot.

Continent to everything, gated Condo had roaches.. bed was uncomfortable, sofa bed was broken down. Living room furniture needed to be replaced very wore out not comfy at all

The condo was adorable! They have decorated it since the pictures and updated the bathroom. The view was perfect, as well as the location. You can walk to Pineapple Willy's! Everything was PERFECT!

Location was good Cleaner Elavators, Trash on the outside of fence near sidewalk , Shorter Door code to get in the door , Really no privacy in your rooms due to balconies being so close and the layout of the rooms , Laundry Room smelt like death ?

Great location on the beach with a beautiful view! Loved all of the windows and the balcony! Wished there had been a toaster in the unit for breakfast choices.

We love the location and the fact there is a guard 27/7. It gives you the comfort of safety. The sunbird sits in a perfect location to easily access plenty of activities. The beach in front of the condos are nowhere near as crowded as other locations

Thin pillows, not being able to turn the A/C to our comfort liking, and not having enough towels

It was within walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s.

Great location! Beautiful view. Condo was clean. Listing has conflicting information, review checkout guidelines in the condo. No matter how long your stay is only one roll of TP, one roll of paper towels and one kitchen trash bag are provide. None of the items will be refilled during your stay, be sure to buy some orbring your own. You must purchase a wrist ban for each person in your party, they were $6 each and not mentioned in the listing.

ABSOLUTELY loved the condo & the stay. My little family will definitely be back to stay !! No issues ! Best one yet.
