The best resort spa in Phoenix. Wonderful pool. The Casita King rooms have really great bathrooms with deep soaking tubs.

This property was so beautiful, so relaxing. The food was amazing and room service was top tier. The staff were all very helpful and beyond kind. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that some of the spa services were not available and the couples massage room was out of order. We specifically booked our anniversary there because of the highly rated spa, however when we showed up to our appointment we were told we would not be in a couples room and were split up:( Overall the stay was great!

We love this place! It feels like you have a little house or apartment to yourself instead of a hotel. The restaurant Elements serves fantastic food - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there during our recent staycation. It was a rainy day but we found out access to the spa was included with our room so we read books in the quiet room and went in the whirlpool then had lunch at Elements before leaving. Everything is fantastic. It truly is the best resort in the Phoenix area in our opinion.

Nice property, great location

Beautiful property, and very few guests given July low season (but loved that!). Pool was fine, nothing impressive but thank you to pool staff for their service. Had a spa treatment so thank you to Michael! And loved that there's an available car service to drive guests to short distance locations (thanks, Mike!).

Exceptional service, good, bar, great servers, cocktails, pool, pool servers, gym, valets. Pool structure needs a facelift for sure. Casitas are everything!

My experience was amazing. The staff was polite and deserves every praise. The amenities were great also. They came, picked us up and took us anywhere on the property we wanted to go and brought us back to our room. The entire property was clean, including our room. The food was fresh and tasted great. Thank you for such a great experience

I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant.

The hotel was everything I dreamed of. The spa treatment and food was amazing. The staff was so attentive, felt like royalty. Do be aware that you are charged hotel tax daily that Expedia excludes. Be prepared for your total at check out to be different.
