The hotel itself was lovely. Room service was delicious. I will say that the curtains leading out to the outside bath were filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom that didn’t belong to me. The front desk was aloof to say the least. Check in was delightful but the checkout experience was rather strange. I want asked about my stay - I had to ask to get a 0 balance folio and then had to request for an envelope. I often stay at the Four Seasons but really wanted to try this hotel out. Thanks for the one night I was there. I don’t think I’d return.

Amazing views from our room and great location in general. Could use a deeper cleaning. Found a few items that weren’t being cleaned or maintained.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and made sure that we had an amazing experience! The spa was so relaxing and view from the restaurant was breathtaking!

The best resort spa in Phoenix. Wonderful pool. The Casita King rooms have really great bathrooms with deep soaking tubs.

This property was so beautiful, so relaxing. The food was amazing and room service was top tier. The staff were all very helpful and beyond kind. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that some of the spa services were not available and the couples massage room was out of order. We specifically booked our anniversary there because of the highly rated spa, however when we showed up to our appointment we were told we would not be in a couples room and were split up:( Overall the stay was great!

We love this place! It feels like you have a little house or apartment to yourself instead of a hotel. The restaurant Elements serves fantastic food - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there during our recent staycation. It was a rainy day but we found out access to the spa was included with our room so we read books in the quiet room and went in the whirlpool then had lunch at Elements before leaving. Everything is fantastic. It truly is the best resort in the Phoenix area in our opinion.

Amazing get away, very serene and relaxing, food and service are always perfect!
