Very elegant resort, rooms are somewhat clean. Curtains and lampshade are different dirty, found a contact on the floor and hair. It’s the little things but over all it is a gorgeous place!
-
Clean room and comfy but one day didn't get cleaned Spa was expensive but very nice.

The Montelucia is a wonderful place to stay and relax. You feel like you enter a different world when you enter. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a wonderful resort. Simply beautiful. On point amenities. Truly helped me relax and feel utterly free of worries. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed here for a staycation and loved it. It was quiet and the resort was beautiful. Amazing views, quiet at night and the adult pool was the best part.

The room was clean but it had big bugs in the room and I call the front desk to send some to kill the bugs. I would recommend the property.

I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. I’m sure it had something to do with maintenance but again I booked this hotel specifically because of how beautiful it was. The fountains didn’t fill up and turn back on until the day we left. I booked a poolside view, but our patio was right up against the bars of the pool area with no way of accessing it from our room again not a huge issue but isn’t an ideal for sight for sitting on the balcony. After checking in, we decided to go to the pool around 5pm. We went to the oasis pool because the sign said they had pool service until 6 PM upon going in, They told us they stopped serving at five and tried to tell us the sign said it was 5 PM. We explained to them that’s not what the sign says and the manager said he would look into it. There was a pile of room serves plates outside our room from the time we checked in until the early morning. Then on our second night, our bathroom ceiling started leaking through the light. They moved us into a different room but that’s literally all they did. They didn’t go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. They did the bare minimum which was moving us rooms because it was a safety issue. And the pools were cloudy and not clear blue like in the photos.

Great
-
Short staff a bit and chairs by the pools need to be updated as they are stained and torn. Perhaps more umbrellas as the AZ SUN is hot

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Scottsdale. Beautiful property, love the “Andalusian” influence. The property is well maintained, the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and kept maintained.
-
This is a wonderful property! The spa is amazing and the staff is great! We’d love to come back here for a nice relaxing time.
-
Our room was clean, well prepared and no extra fragrance or scent. Staff was helpful and resourceful. We also used the spa on site for an extra fee and that was the best experience. The whole property was gorgeous and calming.

Many of the pool chaise lounge chairs displayed worn, and rusty fabric. The same existed with our room patio chair cushions. In addition, for a significant 4th of July holiday like the 250'th you under performed badly... After arriving to the restaurant for Sunday brunch we were immediately told by the hostess that service would be very slow! And though I understand things do happen this just had the feet of not being prepared. This next item may sound trivial, however, it still stood out to many guests in the immediate area... As part of the July 4th event's celebration you advertise a movie night by the pool; after finding our seats (in a lounge area just adjacent to the pool) we discovered our viewing was very obstructed due to a dirty and spot filled set of plexiglass panels. These are things you don't expect to see at 4-5 star resort like the Omni during a major holiday such as our countries 250th!!

By far our favorite Staycation spot. Rooms are always amazingly clean, staff is very polite and always going the extra mile, and the food and scenery are superb. Will always come back.
