Love this boutique luxury hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, guest-focused. The restaurants, common spaces, & gym are fabulous. Love the outdoor patio space. There is a lively, great energy to the hotel while still remaining relaxing. Will definitely stay again on all of my future visits to the area!

Customer service is not consistent and it is lacking in some areas. Some staff members are helpful, while others seem to be providing a huge favor to guests.

The property is very beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. A lot of energy and the lobby is full of buzz throughout the entire day. It’s so busy that at night they ask if you have dinner reservations when arriving. We let them know we were staying at the hotel and promptly let us in. The rooms are well appointed and the bed was a dream. Their bath products smell amazing and their gift shop is worth the visit. Fantastic clothes selection if you want something casual or chic. The food at Thea was fabulous. Be sure and make reservations for the restaurants. They are extremely popular with the locals. This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a place to see and be seen. If you are looking for pure relaxation this is not the spot. You are very stimulated by all the activity taking place. And Thea the Mediterranean restaurant is fabulous but it does turn into a night club feel by 9:00 pm. Again, great for people watching but don’t go if you’re looking for a quiet dinner. A couple of the things that I noticed and found odd. No full length mirrors in the room. No sugar for your morning coffee. And the Dyson dryer was missing the nozzle. Housekeeping should check that when cleaning. Unfortunately I couldn’t tip housekeeping as when I went downstairs no one was able to change my $100 bill for smaller bills. They have an incredibly discretionary customer who apparently carry’s big bills and the entire property had no small bills Sunday morning. I’m sure that is common during the weekends.
