The only problem we had was one of the mattresses were severely caved in to the point you could tell when walking in.

The staff was nice Our room smelled like mildew and out sheets smelled molded too.. it affected both of our breathing and couldn’t sleep bc of it

My room was either too hot or too cool. The AC system did not seem to work correctly. Also, the breakfast was served after I had checked out to do a bike rally. The only reason I stayed there was because of the ride. Yet I did not have the chance to have breakfast. You would have thought they could, for that one day, serve breakfast a little earlier.

It was exceptionally hot outside during my stay and that translated to the room AC struggling to cool the room. They do have a good bit of construction in the area and based on the parking lot, a number of the construction crew must be using the facility. And the carpets could use a good cleaning. The breakfast selection was excellent and that area was very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was definitely good and Eully was definitely the best, and certainly deserved to be recorgnize, and a pay raise, because she made every one feel like they were at grand-mama's house!!! Good

We arrived before the 3 o’clock check-in and had no problem going ahead and checking into our room. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good. I really can’t think of anything negative other than the elevator made a funky noise a couple of times nice place will stay there again

Not the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. Assigned a room that wasn’t ready. No after hours coffee.
