I booked a non-smoking room through Expedia, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and was extremely hot. I asked for another room, but the replacement had cigarette burns on the sheets, hair in the shower and on the bedding, ripped and broken furniture, and torn, filthy walls. When I tried to sleep, fleas were jumping on my face and phone. I turned on my flashlight and saw dog hair everywhere. Appalled, I packed up and returned to the front desk. I was told there would be no refund and that I was lying about the bugs. The manager/owner was extremely rude. I remained calm and polite the entire time, yet I’ve never felt more disrespected during a hotel stay. When I showed her a flea I had killed and another bug, she accused me of bringing the bugs into the room. It was beyond ridiculous. I would never stay here again. I was denied a refund for the unsanitary conditions and ended up sleeping in my vehicle. The room was terrible, and the service was even worse. I wish they had simply admitted fault and refunded me — I wouldn’t have written this review otherwise. I have never left a hotel or motel review in my life, but this experience needs to be shared so others aren’t treated the same way.

This is where we stay when we visit Paris, Tx. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is plenty of parking, the breakfast is great and the staff is incredibly helpful.

This motel is a hidden gem, it is clean and quiet. They offer an excellent low key hot breakfast! Very well prepared and presented!

I’ve stayed on this property every Tuesday night for four weeks. It’s clean, well kept and the staff prides themselves in keeping it that way. The breakfast is organized and well presented, not super fancy, but hot, delicious and well maintained. I’ve stayed in the Plaza in Manhattan, many Marriotts, Hyatts, Holiday Inns, and about every name brand motel. The Paris Inn and Suites is a new found treasure. One can readily observe when the operators care about the product they provide. I’m so happy I found this establishment, easily the best bang for your buck!

Rooms are always clean. Parking is a little tight though. Staff is friendly, small continental breakfast.

My room was in a corner away from other guest I thought it was a hotel, but it was a motel, that my fault for not checking. Other guest lingered outside the motel rooms much of the night. I had to park my car away from my room as the parking lot was full.

If you’re going to go to Paris, TX then you might as well stay at the Paris Inn & Suites — a thematic stay. The rooms there are HUGE and newly renovated and they’re EXACTLY as featured in the photos. The front desk — Karen (p.m. check-in) & Shauna (a.m. check-out) — were quite lovely and most helpful, especially with finding souvenirs. I would definitely stay there again when I visit next.
