all is great they dont clean the bedroom everyday, its a must aske every day and even then they dont clean its like 1 time every 3 nights , I personally like to get back from work in a nice room made up

The sheets felt amazing The breakfast was not good, the sausage had a horrible taste and orange grease oozed out, we aren’t picky eaters, but we were disappointed and threw our food away

Beautiful hotel, very well maintained, bed was very comfortable, the parking lot is well lit, room and common areas very clean, would definitely stay here again

Kids lived the TX shaped waffles and pool. AC was cold. Staff was very helpful when I had an online booking error. Front desk patiently helped me sort out the issue that 100% my fault. I appreciated her customer service.

The sofa bed actually had a nice memory foam mattress not those cheap spring ones that poke you in the back all night. What a difference that makes when you’re traveling with teenagers. The breakfast staff were very attentive, the food was fresh and delicious and the coffee shop located in the lobby was amazing. Definitely a great bonus to the hotel. Room was clean, beds were great. We will be coming back.

Shower not hot enough. Front check in staff just gave us keys and did. It say when pool hours, breakfast, bar hours were. Usually this is done. Otherwise beautiful hotel and very spacious with comfy beds.

Breakfast was really lacking. The HI Express we stayed in the night before was much better. Sad that this upscale place doesn’t have a better breakfast option.

Everything about the stay was excellent! Room was cozy I was able to just relax and rest just like I had planned , when return to Paris I will definitely stay here !!

Very clean and well laid out rooms, quiet and spacious! Staff were all pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great. Pool and gym were well appointed. Dining room had plenty of comfortable seating as well as excellent areas for device connections and charging stations. Great hotel! We will be back again! The room had a lot of lamp options but all were extremely bright. A soft light option, maybe on a nightstand, and perhaps a room safe, would be my only suggestions. Oh and change the refrigerator door so it opens toward the room and not the wall. Otherwise it was wonderful.
