In short, the place is poorly run, the rooms were only just passably clean with smelly shower drains and no room phone. Their idea of a kitchenette is a mini fridge- nothing else. Not worth even the off season price of $200/night. Not to mention rude staff. I will NOT be staying there again.

Wonderful and healing experience! After my bad hotel experience at The Darwin in Atlanta, this was a welcome change. They accommodated me fully and were professional and kind. I loved the experience!!

In all our years and many hotel stays, we have never experienced anything like this. The incident was not merely inconvenient; it raised legitimate concerns about guest safety, security, and the hotel’s procedures for accessing occupied rooms. We were extremely unhappy with how this was handled. This was unacceptable and unprofessional, and it significantly damaged our stay. We expect hotel management to address this incident seriously and ensure that proper privacy and safety protocols are followed in the future.
