I had hoped for a better experience. The food was disappointing, and the customer service did not feel attentive or professional.

we love staying at Hyatt it is close to everything yet not in the congestion of the traffic!!

Staff had trouble keeping the coffee urn filled during the breakfast time. I believe the staff was just not paying attention. The bar area was understaffed in the afternoon. It seemed that the front desk person was also the bartender.

We had to wait for over an hour past check-in time to do so. House-keeping wasn't ready for new guests at 4:00.
-
Nice location, quiet short drive to anything you need.

We were very disappointed to arrive at 4:30, after the check-in time, only to learn that the rooms were not ready and there was a large waiting list in front of us to get the king-size room that we had reserved. We had to settle for a queen bed instead of king bed so that we could check in and get cleaned up prior to another obligation. Our queen bed was not comfortable for the two of us. The property, again, was well maintained and very nice. It was just very disappointing that we could not get the king-size room we reserved due to them not being cleaned or ready, and the fact that there was a long queue in front of us for king-size rooms. The the person at the front desk did not give us an estimation on when the room would be ready, but said there was a very large number of people ahead of us in the queue to get a king room.

Breakfast is ok but I book a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and I got one queen bed and a sofa bed and they didn’t even let know when I checked in so when we got to the room and saw that I went to the front desk and they said that’s all we got.

The facility was clean and the staff were helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt very much very clean and staff was very nice and we got free breakfast because we were staying there for our anniversary. The only con was the pool was having some work done, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. We were offered to go to the pool at another Hyatt up the street, but it just wasn’t convenient. We’re definitely staying here again.

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean.

I have stayed at other locations with zero issues. This did not live up to the standard.
-
It was spacious and clean. Was able to go mountain bike riding straight out of the hotel.
-
The shower head was too strong that it felt like you were being washed with a power house.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice outdoor pool. Very nice staff. Would defiently stay here again.

Rusted sharp edges and falling rusted debris on the lounging areas surface. Pool was always cloudy.

I had a reservation for a king room, when I got there to check in, the lady at the front desk my king room was out of order. She said they had a block of rooms out of order and all they had to offer was a queen room. I just heard her upgrade the previous customer to a king. I told her that if she didn’t have what I reserved to cancel my room, she said she couldn’t do the refund but she would put a note in the system that the room was not available and to refund our money. I immediately booked another hotel. When hotels.com called to get the refund, the manager said we misunderstood what she said and they had our room was ready and there were no notes in the system. I called the front desk again and the lady said she did put the note in the system, but the manager didn’t read them. So basically what it comes down to was there were more king rooms available, they just didn’t want to give it to us at check in, they were trying to downgrade our room and trying to get us to settle for something else. We still haven’t gotten our refund and I will never go back to this hotel. We typically stay there a few times a year, but we’ll stay elsewhere moving forward. There are lots of other hotels in park city for the same price.

It was a very nice day though!
