Best Western Parker Inn

The staff was wonderful and the main area was clean. Room had some areas in need of repair and smelled like mildew. Cracked tiles, miss chunks of plaster behind the bathroom door and damp carpet near the ac unit.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable

Breakfast was okay. No elevator. Husband hurt his back and could not carry anything. I had to make several trips to get everything upstairs. Our room was by the stairs which was good but also by the front. People below were talking loud until 1am. Thank goodness for ear plugs.

The breakfast was hot and pretty good Out dated.. the carpet felt old and the shower curtain was placed too high above tub. It wasn’t long enough and water could get out of the tub during a shower. The tv remote did not work well. You had to use two different remotes to access volume or change the Channel.

Location central and close to gas and food and continental breakfast. Priced decently Bathroom had mold discoloration, and upstairs guests were extremely loud didn’t get any sleep

This hotel is old and well used. Barely surviving. A little better than sleeping in the street.

Well, it’s close to the casino. My family stays at we stay on the lake and also it’s close to Walmart and their Jack-in-the-Box but then again it’s a tiny little town. I have to say Krystal was very nice. Very helpful friendly from my experience between her and the other girl that works there the other girls lazy rude didn’t even wanna help me figure out something in my room. I guess it was too hard for her to get up from the chair but crystals like friendly greets you tells you goodbye good morning how are you? Do you need anything? She’s just a very talkative lovely spirit and that’s why I stay there so every Fourth of July when I come to Parker Arizona, I will be staying at this location yeah I can go stay in the casino and have a better room with a nice view of the lake with the balcony but at the end of the day I feel like I get treated better at this location. If it wasn’t for Crystal, I wouldn’t stay at this location and they’re clean anything I ask for I get it right away and they have free breakfast. My daughter enjoyed it. She went downstairs to eat. She said it was good. They need better pillows and my room had a odor of steel cigarettes even though I asked the housekeeper this is a non-smoking room. She said yes it was not a smoking room, but it just had this dead stale odor of cigarettes and I stood there before and my room didn’t smell like that but this room when I stood there this Fourth of July it had that odor and it was pretty disgusting, but I wasn’t gonna ask to be transferred to another of the room because supposedly there was nothing available so I wasn’t too happy with that

Always a nice safe clean place to stay when in town at the river. The breakfast is the best part of it all. To wake up and have something hardly to eat is always a treat. Staff super on point with this service and very nice. Room was very clean. Parking always available.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The air-conditioning worked awesome. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay when going to the river.

Rooms were clean. Beds were great. I had a 2nd floor room. I make a comment on my check in that there was no elevator and walking up and down the stairs were going to be hard kn my knees. Crystal came to us asking if we wanted 1st floor room. They had the room ready for us. It was so clean and nice. Only negative thing I can say is the refrigerator we had in the 1st floor room was smaller than the on in the 2nd floor room.
