Rooms they smell terrible for bathroom terrible baseboards dirty corners full of dust mattress

Location was good for us. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and it smelled nice. The A/C worked GREAT!! And the receptionist was super friendly. It is an aged hotel and it shows. But it’s not a deal breaker in any way.

We only used the room to shower and sleep, so we didn't use any other amenities. At nearly $780 for two nights, we expected much better quality and maintenance. It served its purpose, but it was disappointing for the price. Parking was another issue. There were very few spaces available, and a large utility truck was taking up two spots, making parking even more difficult. The staff was friendly and courteous, which was the best part of our stay.

we expected a little better for the money that we paid , but it was not really clean. the bathroom need it to be a little bit more clean and the beds are so soft , basically the hole room need it maintenance . you can hear the cars driving by because is at the mail street. and it has a little tiny pool

The gal at the front desk at the lobby picks and chooses what breeds of dogs can stay at the hotel. Apparently pitbull breeds are to much of handful for ignorant people So because of this I had cancel my reservation So screw your crappy Travel lodge

Close to the river, nice customer service. The room is falling apart i would NOT be staying here anymore. The bathroom was nasty and the vanity was falling apart aswell as the office chair! The second room had no service on the tv!

Location was good. Dead cockroach on floor, toilet wasn't flushing and bathroom window did not lock and we stayed on the ground floor.

Barb at front desk was very welcoming and provided exceptional service!

The property needs improvement. Parking easy.

Absolutely nothing the owner herself was one of the hardest person I had to deal with next to her employe who cussed me on the phone twice. The front desk lady by the name of Debra Jackson was the worst women I’ve ever had to deal with. I tried being rational with her but she hung up on me after she was the one who called me.

About 20 minutes after we checked in, two of our friends stopped by briefly to help us unpack and were already in the process of leaving. Suddenly, a staff member came to our door smoking a cigarette and started yelling at us about having four people in the room. Instead of calmly explaining anything, they were hostile and confrontational right away. Then they demanded we pay an extra fee for additional guests, even though the front desk never asked us the number of occupants during check-in. That’s a mistake on the hotel’s part, not the customer’s. Guests shouldn’t be yelled at or pressured to pay unexpected fees because of poor communication from staff. The whole interaction felt unprofessional, aggressive, and uncomfortable. Being approached at the door by an employee smoking and shouting at guests is not acceptable behavior for any hotel. Between the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend staying here.

Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Booked two rooms, one room had bedside lights, one room did not, big cobweb above one bed. One room with no bedside lights and only the overhead light was quite dark. Bathtub/shower combination was very old, with a hole on top ledge of tub, really needed replacing. Rug surrounding the beds was very dirty and walking in bare feet, the bottom of your feet were filthy. Rooms were not all that clean.
