Our room was on the 2nd floor facing west, the train wakes you up around 10ishpm along with another one around 11pm. Our room was not clean, it appeared our room was just not well kept. Most of our time was away from our hotel, with family at the local casino resort, next time we’ll definitely consider paying for the casino resort.

Clean, nice lay out and spacious rooms! This time during our stay the side door exits were closed which was unfortunate for us who had a room on the side and even parked our car by the side door to get in and out quickly. Luckily there wasn’t too many people on the elevators.

Worst breakfast we have ever had at any Hampton Inn NOTHING hot. ? only cold Hot breakfast items and clean facilities WHY DID THEY PUT US IN A HANDICAPPED UNIT??!! It felt eeeky. We did not appreciate that !!! We were celebrating our Anniversary and did NOT enjoy our stay at all !!!! The only kind person was BRANDI. She was lovely ?

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, hotel only services room every other day; therefore, we ran out of in-room coffee packets and toilet paper on first morning. Coffee in the breakfast was good. The complementary breakfast was ok; we've had better at the Hampton Inn in Nor Cal.

The next morning I went down to the front desk and they brought up a bath matt (thank God!) and new shampoo and conditioner supplies. The new shampoo worked and the conditioner container would not...I gave up. On the other hand, the breakfast was normal for a motel and the coffee was actually very good. I have stayed at the Best Western down the street in Parker and this is better, just not a lot better if you can get a room on the first floor at the Best Western - they don't have an elevator at the Best Western and the steps are steep!
