Holiday Inn & Suites Parsippany Fairfield by IHG

We had a nice stay. The only bad thing was that one of the beds was not cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were crumbs?? (Not lint) Or something like it near the pillows and under the pillows/sheets. I only noticed when i got back to the room at 12 and we knew they were fully booked so we couldn’t ask for another room at that time. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

The power went out for hours during one of the two nights of my stay.

Great place to stay! Went to see BTS at MetLife Stadium and it was an easy drive to and from. The hotel was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Was a little far of what we expected but room was clean and we had great sleep! Pillows were excellent!

Rooms were clean, and housekeeping was diligent. Front desk staff was friendly. Ample parking and close to major highways

Carpet was musty and old, hotel din’t offer not even a bottle of water, after I dropped my key in the box front desk told me I need the key to have breakfast and din’t offer to help…. and thats a $200 a night room!!!!!!!!

While choosing a hotel for my family's vacation, I was trying to find one that was close to the venue we were going to, but looking a bit further yielded cleaner hotels in better areas and it even wound up being cheaper! The room was carpeted and very clean. The bathroom had a hair dryer, soap and lotion, and body wash and shampoo in racks in the shower. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. We didn't utilize the outdoor pool (which looked very nice) nor did we eat at the attached restaurant, but it smelled delicious when we passed by! If we ever travel to the area again, this is the first place I'll look up to book, and maybe try the restaurant and bar! 10/10 would recommend with 2 thumbs up!

Sheets and towels felt like sandpaper. Room needs new carpet and furniture badly!

Came there at wrong time. They were working on the parking lot. Came back to the hotel a little later and had to wait for 20 minutes or so because they were also working on the road going into the hotel. Other than that, my stay here was overall okay.

One of the biggest disappointments was the pool. We chose this hotel specifically because of it, but after it rained, the pool was closed and we weren’t allowed back in. We were also required to wear bracelets to access the pool, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Don’t like that they charge different prices for breakfast

No sleep because the room is next to an exterior door and you can hear the door open and close all day and all hours of the night. I got no sleep.
