I asked the night manager for a pillow because the King bed only came with three pillows his answer was I had to wait til the morning for room service. I never heard that before. The next day I get back to my room and the pillow was never left behind by room service. I went to the manager to address the issue again. This time he was able to get me a pillow, not sure why he couldn’t do this the first night. I had to sleep uncomfortable the first night.

Only 2 towels for 4 people one week.

The room did not meet my expectations and the price I pay. The blanket and bed sheets felt very itchy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my stay. I requested the cleaning staff to replace the blanket/sheets otherwise the room was not cleaned unless I asked . The bathroom was old and run down and need a major of maintenance. Overall, the condition of the room and what I pay did not meet for the high rating. This was overpriced and disappointed.

Its great place, low prices, good staff, but the room turned out to have bedbugs we left the hotel 1hr later.Im pretty sure only a low number of rooms has that problem.Just check the room.

While the room was clean, there were a few things that needed repair... There wasn't a remote to the TV, I didn't have time to watch TV anyhow, and I didn't bother to ask why one wasn't provided. The shower pressure was amazing and made for a good relaxing shower. The Staff were super nice and helpful. While the outside may look a little roughish, the room was nice and the bed comfy.

Appearance of being dirty. Missing fan covers in bathroom with dust/grime exposed. Questionably clean sheets/pillow cases. Sink area not clean looking. Toilet had unknown residue on bottom of outflow basin.Stains in the bathtub that looked like blood. Wasn't even thinking about showering there.Signs of quick attempt to paint everything without effort to cover. It really did look bad. $ 90 just to sleep for 4 hours. Some Red Roof Inns are adequate. This one wasn't. The guy in the office was okay though.

Location and proximity to restaurants and grocery store Room was really small, but comfortable

The location Needs to reform holes in the walls, old stairs, corridors in poor condition, humidity in the room everything else is fine

I like that it was affordable. Nothing about the property itself was likable. As soon as I opened the door a sharp dirty stench hit my nose. The bed had covers with gross looking stains on it, looked poorly washed. The two pillows they had were flat and very uncomfortable. The bathroom light and fan was stuck on, which was extremely annoying. There were people outside all night in the parking lot hanging out and the walls and doors were paper thin so it was very loud.
