Red Roof Inn Parsippany

It was so nasty the smell of cat pee in the room!!! Asked to be changed rooms they stated they had no empty rooms. No towels when I ask for more they said I had to wait until housekeeping came in the morning. The iron didn't work the staff was not helpful at all!!!!

Bed was confortable Cockroach in room, big gap in the door jams can see outside, took forever for the staff to come to front desk, ask for a room on first floor was refused when we ask to have a room change they finally gave us on the first floor. A lot of weird people

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked two nights there and was awaken at 5:00am with a roach crawling on me then went in the bathroom and when I turned on the lights there were two more roaches running around in the bathroom I checked out at 6:00am and got a refund for the second day.

Room was dirty. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. The dirty business that goes on there is out in the open.

Ahí no se puede ir eso es una asquerosidad perdí mi dinero por que no me quede en ese hotel le recomiendo a expidia que lo elimine de su lista que no vale la pena, eso es una asquerosidad y un mal olor a cigarrillo.

If you are traveling with children, If you have asthma or breathing problems I'd find a better cleaner, safer place. I had a 2 night stay and checked out the next morning without finishing my stay. Even the door would not stay shut, did not close properly very unsafe

No clean room, holes in the wall, precious guests hair on the bed sheets & towels, rotted shower head. When asked if we can get new sheets they said they didn’t have any more sheets. Definitely doesn’t hold up to the standards that the Red Roof Inn in Fairfield has. They were sold out so we chose Parsippany thinking we love the one in Fairfield so this one should be good too since it’s the same chain but boy were we wrong.

I asked the night manager for a pillow because the King bed only came with three pillows his answer was I had to wait til the morning for room service. I never heard that before. The next day I get back to my room and the pillow was never left behind by room service. I went to the manager to address the issue again. This time he was able to get me a pillow, not sure why he couldn’t do this the first night. I had to sleep uncomfortable the first night.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Good location.

The price Room was dirty. Desk staff wasn’t as friendly as I like. Felt like bugs were crawling all over me

Only 2 towels for 4 people one week.

The room did not meet my expectations and the price I pay. The blanket and bed sheets felt very itchy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my stay. I requested the cleaning staff to replace the blanket/sheets otherwise the room was not cleaned unless I asked . The bathroom was old and run down and need a major of maintenance. Overall, the condition of the room and what I pay did not meet for the high rating. This was overpriced and disappointed.

Its great place, low prices, good staff, but the room turned out to have bedbugs we left the hotel 1hr later.Im pretty sure only a low number of rooms has that problem.Just check the room.
