The entry to the accomodations has a slight urine smell when I first walked in, French fries on the floor in stairwell and hallway, musty smell, air was not on at arrival thus the room was stuffy upon entering. Soap bottle at sink was empty, however, there was soap in the shower(which had pink mold along the floor edges) The sheets were clean; that is the only positive. I did not visit the breakfast bar, therefore cannot comment.

The room had a smell

The staff was discourteous and treated me like I was someone suspicious or didn't belong there. There was no elevator for people going to the second floor with bags. The building was unbelievably hot. On the other hand, the room was quite spacious, but the bathroom was very small. Overall, not worth the price, especially with the poor staff.

Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The hallways were consistently very hot, making it uncomfortable to walk to and from our room. Additionally, the laminate flooring in one of the rooms was damaged and lifting in several places, creating a tripping hazard that should be repaired immediately for guest safety. Another disappointment was the pricing. We booked our stay about a month in advance when rates were significantly higher due to the World Cup. Since then, room prices have dropped substantially, making it frustrating to see such a large price difference for the same accommodations. Overall, while the hotel’s location and complimentary breakfast were positives, the maintenance issues, uncomfortable hallway temperatures, and significant price fluctuations detracted from the overall experience and made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Spacious rooms and everything you need for a decent price

Bed was good, room okay for space. Free packing also available. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were friendly and supportive but some language /understanding problems were noted. Nice towels and bed linens Felt like the bath /shower combo in the bedroom was a little weird. No grab bars and for a shorter person the step into and out of the shower/bath was a challenge. Did not check for an elevator before making a reservation and when we arrived and they gave us a second floor King size bedroom. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs that were a challenge for my senior spouse. The grounds are trashy and just didn't feel very safe. Lack of housekeeping/room management to one time during a 3 day stay was also not enough. and not advertised. This is an older motel that could benefit with some upgrading.

Booking.com customers should pay an extra $50 per night and stay somewhere else. The Motel is a nightmare. I submitted my complaint with photos attached to Booking.com I did not receive satisfaction.

Can use a upgrade, paint peeling, dirty walls, floor had a burn in it from the iron. But for the money you can't complain, This location not kept up like others that I stayed at.
