Great experience all the way around and beautiful hotel. Love the hot tub with the little cooling spot, never saw that before.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. Every staff person we encountered was kind and helpful.

The building is authentic and looks historic Staff were very very rude. The bar tender was impolite. I made a complain but got no answer until check out. No furniture in the lobby or tables to share with family. As if it is a bankruptcy was declared. No microwave . Room furniture is very old. A terrible experience.

The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The outdoor pool. The AC in the room was very loud. They tried to move me to a room with no AC.

The room was stained, all over the carpets. Towels had stains on them too.

Very clean , The front desk was very helpful and polite . It was also very quiet stayed on the 6 floor and the elevators were also quick my family and I loved it Would definitely stay again

Hotel is clean and well run. Only issue is there are no benches or chairs near the doors. Only in the far back of the property

The bathroom smelled like mold, and the hallways smelled very musty and mildew-ey. The outdoor & indoor pools were so cloudy and mercky. It was really gross, even my kids didn't really want to go in. When going to the bar to try to order drinks, they couldn't put it on my room- they didn't update their systems yet, so I needed to go to the front desk, ask them to charge it to my room, go back to the bar, prove it was paid for, then get my drinks. I get that's not their fault entirely, but it should've been a bit more accommodating, like the bar could have worked it out with the hotel - made the transaction more ease. The worst part were the smells and dirtyness. I couldn't take photos because it was my Sabbath and I'm not allowed.

The lobby area was very nice.and the lobby check in staff was good. But the room was below average. The sofa bed had no blankets I called and no one came and when someone came they brought 1 of the two things I asked for. I tried to call down for towels no one picked up after countless tries. The next morning at 8am housekeeping was knocking on the door softly and came in I had woken up to them opening the door I guess they thought we left already I don’t know why. Decent stay for quick stop but not for more than a night.

Very nice stay....great hotel...loved both indoor & outdoor pools plus tub....not overcrowded....very pleasant staff...good reasonably priced breakfast...great time!!!
