Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Parsippany

We were there for four days & three nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay. There was a hang tag on the shower rod saying to be environmentally friendly, consider hanging your used towels, yet no hooks or towel rods to hang wet towels. The elevators were a hot mess. To be fair, my understanding is the property is set to receive updates, but unfortunately it was not in time for our stay.

More importantly, the manager explicitly promised that I would be charged for only 2 nights, but my credit card was ultimately charged for 3 nights. This is unacceptable, especially when the commitment was clearly made by management. I expect the hotel to honour its promise and correct the extra charge.

It was all good my fav spot to stay in jersey

We stayed four days and it was a really nice room. The breakfast had a good variety, some healthy options. Plenty of parking in a really safe area. We were close to Bloomfield and Montclair, and we enjoyed our stay.

It was below average.they charged me twice

The hotel was not worth the rate\. The room was dirty, and the staff were rude and unwelcoming\. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price

The room was not clean at all. Hair found on towels and bedsheets. Used bandage found sticking on hair dryer wire. Hair condition is empty. For the entire visit, WiFi was down. When I went to check out the next morning around 9:30am, front desk reception was not there. Overall, it was the worst hotel stay in years.

Basic room, but mine had an updated bathroom which I appreciated. The location is convenient and breakfast was included.

The room was large and clean, and the hotel was quiet.

Location, clean and spacious room The Assistant manager, Jasmin took my drivers license, ask me to wait as my rooms (2) were being prepared, i waited with my family on the sofa while she attended to other guests. After 20 mins she asked me if she handed me back my ID but she never did. We were looking for my license all over the place. CCTV was there but the person responsible to review it was not there. This happened on a Saturday. Sunday came still nothing. When Monday came for me to check out, the manager came and I told him about it. Upon reviewing the CCTV, it clearly showed that Jasmin wrongfully handed my license to another guest. It’s almost a week no one has reached out to me. My personal info is out there , and I am very concerned about identity theft. Jasmin was arrogant and rude putting the blame on me at first but when the CCTV came out it spoke the truth. She even gave me a copy of the incident report that is so blurred , i could not even read it. Such negligence!
