Power went out for some reason. They were having system problems as well and keys wouldn't work.

Was looking forward to relaxing and watching the big TV. TV didn't work, they did offer to change rooms and tried several different remotes but no luck. I had a cancer patient and just got them settled so chose not to change rooms. I couldn't figure out the antenna issue and front desk didn't help.

Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable and great pillows. Power went out for some reason. They were having system problems as well and keys wouldn't work.

Overall experience was poor. In all fairness, the hotel was under renovation, but 4th floor hallway rug smelled terrible. Breakfast was mediocre at best. One elevator didn't work. Not what I expected from Marriott property

We stopped for one night on our way to Wiscasset, ME. Very comfortable, clean and the staff was courteous! All you can ask for!

Room was clean and quiet. Staff did not offer any explanation about the amenities- time of breakfast, accessing the internet, etc. My reservation said that I had a food and beverage credit but no information was shared about. Enjoyed the wide variety of items on the breakfast buffet.

Location to 287 hwy is great Newly renovated. I hope that the rooms get luggage racks. The refrigerator unit blocks the AC unit. Overall. Very nice.

We were there for four days & three nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay. There was a hang tag on the shower rod saying to be environmentally friendly, consider hanging your used towels, yet no hooks or towel rods to hang wet towels. The elevators were a hot mess. To be fair, my understanding is the property is set to receive updates, but unfortunately it was not in time for our stay.

Tub had a long hair in it. Small little flies by tub/drain. Tv didn’t work for my gaming devices as advertised. Tried a different room and didn’t work. Elevator still broken even after a year when I stayed. One elevator was slow.
