Location, clean and spacious room The Assistant manager, Jasmin took my drivers license, ask me to wait as my rooms (2) were being prepared, i waited with my family on the sofa while she attended to other guests. After 20 mins she asked me if she handed me back my ID but she never did. We were looking for my license all over the place. CCTV was there but the person responsible to review it was not there. This happened on a Saturday. Sunday came still nothing. When Monday came for me to check out, the manager came and I told him about it. Upon reviewing the CCTV, it clearly showed that Jasmin wrongfully handed my license to another guest. It’s almost a week no one has reached out to me. My personal info is out there , and I am very concerned about identity theft. Jasmin was arrogant and rude putting the blame on me at first but when the CCTV came out it spoke the truth. She even gave me a copy of the incident report that is so blurred , i could not even read it. Such negligence!

We have used this hotel for several years because it is well-located for our visits. They have been fine in the past, but this year they had a major renovation on-going and that was very disruptive. They changed hallway carpet with many tenants in the building. Workers were reasonably quiet, but you had to step over construction debris and avoid stairways that had blocked doors. Bathroom urinals (not even cleaned) were left in the hallway, lobby restrooms were closed for our several days. The lobby was unusable for a full day with workers chipping and cutting tile. Breakfast was poorly done, with broken juice dispenser and no replacement, overflowing trash. The staff was very helpful, and even moved our room, but they were overwhelmed by the renovation. We'll probably not use this location again.

Yes Breakfast was delicious in the free park and always good. The front desk person was amazing. Only complaint I have is it was kind of noisy with the renovations in the morning time with the workers.

Under construction and tv did not work . When we showed up no one at front desk and room was just ok - didn’t look like they washed flooring in room.

Hotel was not well maintained, every light in the hallway was broken. The lobby was under construction the elevators were closed down. Clumps of hair were stuck behind the mirror in the room.

The hotel was not as advertised online,.Breakfast could use more choices and include fresh fruit.Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. Heating and air condition very loud,.refrigerators in room need replacing do not get cold. Room furniture outdated very old.
