Shower head awful. Worst Hampton Breakfast EVER!!! Pick another Hotel!!

- good location - breakfast - coffee - daily housekeeping Cons: - room was dirty, found a contact lens on the floor - only one elevator worked - pool was closed for maintenance, hotel was offering pool access at a sister hotel that was a 10 minute drive away - eggs were NOT good - peloton bike was not connected to the internet and could not be connected (required admin privs)

Clean, modern hotel with decent breakfast and gym. Pool was closed and a minor issue arose with room reservation, but two kind ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and resolved everything quickly.

The breakfast was great! The staff was professional and courteous. Parking was convenient and felt safe. The only think I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed due to mechanical difficulties. I believe when that happens a refund of some minimal amount should be offered. When I booked the pool supposedly had no problems.

The room was clean and spacious. But, the neighboring room was easily heard and the noise level lead to poor sleep. We notified the front desk to the noise but it made no difference.

Staff was amazing making adjustments for extending the stay by 1 day and for a future stay. The breakfast area was comfortable and the food was good.

We stayed here so my wife could get dressed in her beautiful gown for the occasion...as we headed to the elevator to drive to the event.....if took more than 30 minutes to find out all the elevators were NOT working. So, picture my sweet, lovely wife in a full-length gown and heels walking down more than eight flights of stairs in high heels and an evening gown. To be very honest, an apology was insufficient. I was disappointed the Hotel did not offer some other form of accommodation for this extreme inconvenience which also caused us to be late and miss the entire cocktail party before the dinner dance.

Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most motels. Would definitely stay here again. A bit pricey.

I have been to this hotel multiple times and have never once had a problem. The rooms are very well kept and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is always great. We can always find parking out front which is so much better than most hotels in the area. Will continue coming here anytime we come to the area!!

We stayed for 8 days. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked well, and the room was clean. The staff is probably the best feature of the hotel, as they are very polite, welcoming and they try to solve any issues you may have. The parking space isn't huge but we managed to find a space everytime. Breakfast is ok, warm and cold options.
