Location and staff was friendly & helpful. Extremely loud guests that ran in the hall ALL night long. The staff did the best they could after we & other guests complained, but the parents took no responsibility. Therefore it was impossible to control it.

The one staff woman who checked us in was very nice. When I called the front desk to let them know the TV didn't work, she was the one who tried to get it to work. I was disappointed that we never did have a TV to watch. We had the reservation because we were attending a funeral. Once back to the room we had nothing to do. I mentioned it to a new girl at the front desk and she said she knew about it. I Suggested it might be nice to give us a partial refund. Instead we were charged twice for the room. Oops...I gave the didn't like info above

This stay was related to a family birthday celebration. I looked for a hotel that included free parking and free breakfast in the Parssippany NJ area. This hotel not only had free parking and free breakfast but it was one of the lower priced options. I have stayed in most of the hotels in the Parsippany area as I visit my family often. After this stay I have a new "Go To" hotel when I am in the area.

This was a quick stop for us since we were traveling and needed a place to rest for the night. The location was perfect for us. The reception was great and nice. The room were very clean. I was happy to have choose this place. The breakfast was ok. Your typical hotel buffet.

This hotel has had some improvements and the rooms are very nice. There is only one working elevator which makes the wait a little long at times. Breakfast had many options which was nice. I great hotel and a good price.

It was a very nice place to stay last minute. The pool was nice n the roomd r a great size for just 3 people. We had a great time n enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the great stay N/A
