Close to my everything Nothing

It's with great sadness I leave the first negative review of a hotel I stayed in on a really enjoyable trip to America but this has left an extremely sour feeling with us. On checking in the receptionist debited 100 dollars to my card a we bit excessive but I was on holidays. It has now been 7 days since my departure and 2 unacknowledged messages later the deposit has not been returned. Not a hotel I will be returning to and now I have to start legal proceedings to get my money back whi h is a pain. In the ass. Avoid the hassle and book other hotels

There was a large event happening at the hotel during our stay, and the manager was thoughtful enough to book us away from them to make us comfortable. So grateful for a restful vacation.

There were people arguing all night in the hallway. We did not get a good night sleep

The late night welcoming check in from the former collegiate basketball player manning the desk was the most genuine Ive ever experienced at a hotel

We had a very clean and convenient room. Staff was very nice. We would stay again if we was in the area.

Was able to check in early, which was great as we had to go to a wedding and leave right at check-in time. Clean. Quiet. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for me. There was a wet spot on the carpet.

didn't have breakfast. check in and out was easy. hotel was clean they now charge for parking. $10.00 a day they did wave the fee because it's new.

Nothing Curtains were ripped with no blankets in the room. Called the desk many times, but no one responded. Very expensive, no quality. Never again

Staff were friendly and my room was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I would give 5 stars. Only reason for 4 stars is on night 2 ants were all over my dog’s food. I told the staff and maintenance was at our room in 10 minutes. He sprayed the ants and we never saw them again. Hotel was very clean other than that. Staff was very polite and helpful. My daughter and mother loved the pool & overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and well thought out. The ad said that there was a restaurant but it was not in service when I was there.
