Was not worth my time , very rude empolee

The breakfast in this hotel has nothing other than serial and toast. No waffle, no bagels, no yogurt, no fruit. The coffee is a real coffee, not niscafe. The AC works fine but louder than average.

Very unfriendly front desk
-
The carpets need to be replaced in the common areas. Breakfast was just cereal and toast.

I requested a full refund and was told my room was a non-refundable room. I said how could that apply based on my experience…no further response from the desk. As I was leaving the parking lot, I rounded the building now that its daylight and saw filth and garbage, abandoned vehicles, filth that if I Saw it that check in evening I would not have stayed. I logged my complaint with Hotel.com, I hope to get full satisfaction. I tried to add photos and videos but couldn’t….I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this location in Parsippany, NJ

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and decent and the hallways seemed to be as well. The stairwells seemed a bit dingy and the outside property was slightly sketchy. The area around the property was as well. But as far as the hotel goes, it was pretty decent and the helpfulness of the staff was great.

Nothing at all. Lets start with this should be a Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere. The parking and location is a pain. The room was gross. Do not get the in room tub one. That mortified me. They replaced the vent in the bathroom and left the old hole there. Instead of just fixing it they put a paper plate in it to cover it up. I mean that pretty much sums up what it is. The air conditioner filter was god awful. I would never in my life stay here again.

Spent the next 20 minutes looking for his friends, didn't find anything. In the morning, the shower pressure was trash, looks like the shower head wasn't cleaned since Obama was President. The bug, the shower head, and someone left a bottle of rum next to my door. There are two buildings, the first one looks high end and cool, but that's not the building I stayed at. They sent me to the next building, which was more motel than hotel.

The second room was only okay because it did not smell like smoke. The mattress was uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain, and the AC was so loud it sounded like construction was happening in the room. We could not sleep and checked out around 8 AM. The shower did not work properly, the view was a pile of about 20 old mattresses in the back, and the parking lot had a lot of loitering that made the property feel uncomfortable and unsafe. One woman was walking through the lobby with no shoes on. Breakfast was coffee and stale sliced bread, nothing else. Overall, terrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for the convenient location and the good price point. I wasn't expecting anything wonderful, so not wonderful is what we got. The room was relatively clean (though there was a bit of hair stuck in one pf the towels). The beds were hard-ish, but the sheets were good. There were people loudly talking outside (not the hotel's fault) but the walls and windows were paper thin so you could hear everything. The worst thing was the jarring shower- the temp was difficult to control and water pressure was very weak. Within 60 seconds of being in it, the temp went from normal to suddenly freezing, back to normal and then suddenly very hot. Must have been connected to another room's plumbing. All in all, if you need to be close to NYC, and want to save about $100 by staying an extra 10-15 minutes farther out (and you only plan on staying 1 night), this is a decent choice.

After staying in a non-smoking room at this hotel, I developed a fungal infection, athlete's foot, and insect bites that caused boils all over my body, a condition that plagued me for almost 15 days. The breakfast was also just a perfunctory service. I advise caution when choosing this hotel and do not recommend it.

The hotel should spend some money on air fresheners, the lobby, elevator and hallways don’t smell good at all. But the room I stayed was newly renovated and very nice. Also, I just did not understand the breakfast that was available, so I couldn’t eat .

We had a two beds room. The room had strong smell of cleaning products. Missing tiles in the bathroom and broken bathtub. Most funny thing was the included breakfast, a few slices of bread and a couple boxes of cereal.

Location The breakfast was noy good. They scaled down the spread and was very basic and useless

The outside door at the end of the hall was missing a lock. Anyone could come in
