Didn’t like it to much The hotel smelled, not enough towels, our shower or toilet leaked; water on bathroom floor and the room wasn’t very clean.

The hotel's technology is unreliable, and the Wi-Fi was horrible, making it difficult to stay connected. Instead of addressing the obvious operational problems, management seemed more focused on blaming employees for issues that were clearly beyond their control. I felt bad for the staff and embarrassed to witness such behavior. Customer service starts with treating employees with respect, and unfortunately that was not what I saw here. Between the poor management, terrible Wi-Fi, and overall negative atmosphere, I will never stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Well they said breakfast included. I would not consider toast,cold cereal and instant coffee breakfast. I’m sure prison has a better choice

The Spanish woman at the front desk in the morning is very nasty and rude. Check out is at 11am she will ring your phone at 11am on the minute being loud rude "YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT NOW! You tell her that you'll be downstairs checked out in a few minutes, soon as you hang up the phone she is aggressively at your room door banging like the police yelling ITS TIME FOR YOU TO CHECK OUT NOW! and you can hear this loud nasty aggressive woman doing this down the hall not only to me but other guess. This sub par hotel needs to hire a more experienced manager with more professional people skills and a more professional attitude. I definitely won't be giving my money to this hotel again there are plenty of other hotels in the Parsippany NJ area that's cleaner and have a more wonderful and professional staff.

Check in was friendly and quick Heavy police presence, the room was buggy with a squished roach on the ceiling and then a live roach walking across the floor in the morning when we woke up. The power went out, the beds are rock hard with 4 small pillows. When requesting more pillows they never followed up or delivered them. The walls had gross fluids on them, the lamp shades and mini fridge were broken. The hallways are very dimly lit, the parking lot was filled with trash blocking parking spots along with over grown weeds and bushes. It did not look anything like the listing.

Besides everything else I wrote in the last review, I’d like to add that our card for our room stopped working before checkout. Had to walk around to the main entrance so we can get back into our room and finish packing up as well as how we almost didn’t get our deposit back AFTER we were told upon check in that we would get it back at check out. The reason given about not giving it back was because APPARENTLY there was a hand towel missing! Like really? Who would want to steal a hotel towel?? How rude and disrespectful the staff are. Very unhappy about this stay and will never ever book here again.

There was a bad water leak from the second floor that has been there for awhile and it was putting into my room below. I could not stay in the room so the front desk worker told me to leave at 6 and come back at 3pm
