The room. I will stay there again Only one elevator!

rooms were clean, breakfast however was closed an hour before the stated time

Clean room front desk were very helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked in our suite

Due to its flagship name “Hyatt “ I’ve always tried to book there. But it’s being falling behind against time and competitions. I don’t mind paying extra if it meets my expectations. Hyatt staffs are very friendly and helpful all the time and everywhere I go. No issues with them period. The new added kitchens are nice but somewhat not needed for certain travelers. Make the housekeepers busier instead of focusing on bathrooms, beds, Coffee pot in the room definitely needs to be changed. The breakfast buffet is always better and beats any other hotels nearby in the same class. The only thing I didn’t understand is we paid $15 for parking each day we stayed, there was plenty of parking spaces around the hotel property and self parking. Didn’t bother to ask the staff why.

The breakfast was amazing. Our one bedroom was spacious and gave our children their own space and my husband and I space. The rugs in the hallway and scent could’ve been better. Not horrible nor is it not a reason to return. However, noticeable.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. However, it costs a fee to park. Buffet breakfast was exceptional with many options. The gym was useful and the pool was wonderful.

Had a great stay. Property was clean and easily accessible.

Can I say this is just an awesome property they have a pool a barbecue grill. I love the fact that the kids can play and then go to the room also that we can cook our food. The first check-in guy was a little bit rude. He kept asking us how many people there was and telling us no guest. I guess he assumed because I’m Hispanic I’m gonna have 50 million people coming however the second shift lady was just awesome. Very helpful and I appreciate her positivity. The kids played in the pool we barbecued went to the room and everybody was happy.

The Staff was absolutely Outstanding! A true joy to interact with, very personable and helpful. I have been to this facility many times in the past and have tried the other hotels nearby prior to staying at this Hyatt house and they are nothing compared! Since staying at the Hyatt, I have only and will only stay there whenever in New Jersey no matter the distance (in this case I was attending an event in NYC and still stayed at the Hyatt Parsippany). Kudos and Blessings to the Staff at the Hyatt. Keep up the Outstanding work!!

It’s very quiet and clean. About parking signs said scan the bar code and pay . It’s not clear if it’s for Guests or visitors. Even the front desk doesn’t say parking is free.
