Al llegar la habitación estaba limpia normal. En el transcurso de los días, nunca fueron ni a sacar la basura. No suplen nada para el uso del inquilino. El agua (de botella que dejan en la mesa, si la usas te la cobran aparte a $6 cada botella). No cambiaron las sábanas ni toallas nunca. El desayuno malisimo.

Pool Grill Breakfast I'm handicap and I mentioned at check-in when I asked about the 1st floor however I was in room 154 a long walk from the front door.

Our visit was to get out of the house and AC and have an opportunity to swim and have a peaceful day. Unfortunately the crowd at the pool were a group of young children under the age of 12 who were swimming alone without an adult present they were running around the pool jumping in the pool squirting water guns all over splashing putting each other on shoulders doing flips into the pool etc this made me very nervous that God forbid something happened and none of their adults were around. It just was not very peaceful or comfortable to be there. They also made a complete mess in the pool area. They left their drink containers. They had food. It was just not a good experience. We did let the front desk, man know, but they continued to do what they wanted. The price we pay and also the parking cost. It was not worth going there and we probably won’t return.

Ok stay! Parking needing to be extra was not expected - they have their own parking lot in the suburbs. Price was good.

The location and the comfortable Breakfast was very few options and there was paid parking was not clear in the website.

Nice breakfast, clean and quite rooms. The rooms were clean, the painting of the sailings were nice.

There was god breakfast

Our one night stay was great. The only downfall was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pull out sofa bed was awful and the pillows are crap (most hotel pillows suck anyway). Great breakfast.

Come here all the time, best room setups around!! Ethernet to get work done is the highlight! Breakfast room delivery would be cool

Very wonderful establishment felt very safe super clean very up-to-date. Very good. People would highly recommend visiting and staying there. I will definitely return back on my next vehicle.

Night staff was very rude when I called about an issue. On July 24/25/2026 she slammed the phone down on me and would not pick up the phone when I called back.

The stay is nice until you get charges on your unapproved credit card for Parking. Beware that you have to pay for parking. There are other hotels in the area that don't charge you for parking that or are very nice as well. They lost a really dedicated guest by doing this! One girl at the front will smile in your face while she is doing something underhanded to you.

The Breakfast was great, yet more visible staff during breakfast could have made the experience great instead of "okay."
