Arroyo Vista Inn

Simply charming craftsman bed and breakfast. Not our first visit. We love the patio and the view. Parking is tight but doable. Super easy check in and check out.

If you have trouble with stairs, heads up that a lot of the rooms are on the second or third story you have to go up some winding stairs, but the character of the cylon are worth it. I also heard the breakfast was great, although we did not take part of it.

We had such a nice stay, very quiet and restful, in such a lovely property. Breakfast was great, would definitely stay again !

This property is a very homey, welcoming place with comfortable, well appointed rooms. It is quiet and well up off the street, that meaning there is also a rather steep narrow driveway. A big bonus is the very nice, served breakfast in a friendly dining area (eggs, or oatmeal, English muffin, choice of meat, fruit, and juice/coffee). I wish there has been a drinking glass actually in the room, and be advised most of the bedrooms are on the second and third floor and there is no elevator. I would happily stay here again. The staff were unfailingly charming and helpful.

The B&B is so quaint! Loved our stay. It was so quiet, and surprisingly so spacious. We stayed in #4, beautiful! So comfortable. Will stay again!

This was a nice departure from the usual hotel experience. The quiet solitude on the wooded hillside was very relaxing. Check-in is self-service and easy. No complaints.

Arroyo Vista Inn is a beautiful, quiet Oasis! I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent each morning! It is definitely my favorite hotel and if you want a place away from the noise and hustle of the city, this is it!!

Was doing a work related job in LA and choose this location to get out of the city chaos. It was exactly as described and top notch all around. Great staff, nice quiet location and great all around! Will definitely be back

I've stayed here often over the past 6 or so years. Nice location. Very comfortable and quiet. All rooms are unique. The only thing I have never liked about the place is the steep and narrow drive up the hill. Not much can be done about that. I just always hope no one else is using the drive at the same time.
