Street location to get to the hotel can be busy depending on the time of day because of the Costco store next to the hotel. But it's good location otherwise. n/a

The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. This is in a very convenient location with shopping and dining options right across the street and a Costco next door. The staff were just the kindest people and extremely helpful. This is a must stay when in the area. I felt very safe and there was plenty of parking

I'm giving this place 5 stars because even though it wasn't perfect, I really enjoyed my stay here. I chose it randomly to attend an event at the Rose Bowl. The front desk staff was amazing. They were always so friendly and funny...I wanted to keep them as friends. Lobby and rooms were super clean. My only complaint was the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I brought my own so I was ok but that was definitely a housekeeping issue.

Stains on chair and walls. Bath Matt had mold. Fire door was deadbolted shut at night. Staff was friendly, allowed visitors to smoke right outside all doors in front of the no smoking signs!! Disgusting.

The location was great. Ideal for what we needed, close to family living in Alhambra. Very convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Price was good. Our room was disappointing. It had the basics only. Also, the smoke smell was strong and we could never figure out where it was coming from. We ended up borrowing an air purifier and that helped for the last 2 days.
