Front desk staff was amazing, check in was fast and efficient… rooms little work needed but was clean, felt safe in the area at night too

Accomodations were fine. Air conditioner worked. Beds and bedding were alright. Televisions barely work and only really show chinese programming. Good location near a few fast food restaurants and a 711. Not bad in a pinch, but the green tree around the corner is much, much better

This hotel is not what you think - it is very old -- the workers don't speak English - we asked for extra towels and they gave us bath mats 😂

I was very disappointed by the front desk staff. The young lady was very unwilling to help me with a request I had.

Check in and Check out were fast and easy. I chose this hotel because it was the closest hotel to the Lodge Room in Highland Park where I was going to a show and it had the best ratings and was decently priced. Not knowing anything about LA, I was pleased about the location. There was a CVS nearby for some toiletries I needed and the area felt safe. The bed was very comfortable which I find rare in most hotels and the room was spacious and I rarely heard sounds from outside. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast unfortunately because we were on a tight schedule. Highly recommend this hotel. Parking is provided and there were plenty of spaces. There is a taco bell across the street which was perfect when we returned from our concert after 11 PM and wanted something to eat late.

The overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable. I truly appreciate the restful time I spent there. I prefer to use the pool if I visit again.

We specifically booked the rooms to be together & we specifically booked in this Hotel because of the pool that was advertised and once we got there the pool was closed and we were told that the pool has not been open for years! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Room was dirty. Pool shut down. It smells like Chinese food in the hotel rooms and hallways
