The location and cleanliness The parking was tight on the property and the bed was super hard

It was very private but not hard to get too To get to the room is it little bit of a walk around some bars. And different rooms have different tv setups. Some with more than other capabilities.

Nothing They did not clean it at all. After the previous guest stayed there, they only made the bed, and it seemed that the sheets and pillowcases had not been washed. As proof of that, there was a lot of hair stuck to the sheets and pillowcases, which probably belonged to the previous guest. Also, there was one bed bug.

Nothing The fact the Innkeeper did not honor my refund request for the 2nd I stayed night. Some guests threatened me. The Innkeeper agreed I should go, agreed to refund my 2nd night, and I signed a note indicating such. Said I would receive refund within 1-2 business days. Never materialized. Free porn on the TV that I did not ask for. An opened bottle of liquor in the fridge. The guests threatened me yet the Innkeeper was non plussed. Did not care for my life. Stay away.

The ice machine wasn't working

nothing at all. staff (Eppi) was unhelpful and unfriendly. My GF and i traveled with my service dog, and we had asked via booking if that was ok, we were approved. we arrived and the man at the counter, (called himself Eppi, unsure if thats the spelling), told us No. No pets allowed. we tried to explain the difference between ADA approved and certified service animals and pets. he said No. No pets allowed. we shared the ADA info card with him and he asked his boss, (supposedly) and returned and demanded a $100 cash deposit which was more than double the normal deposit listed on their website. We told him it was still illegal discrimination but decided to leave the property instead and contact booking about a refund.
