Also matters need to be upgraded and more pillows and new sofas needed.

For the price its okay. I feel the quality is going down as far as in matters, less pillows, and sofas are stained. We stayed for 1 day it was okay.

Very clean staff are very nice especially Rita lol shes the best its so nice inside cozy comfortable the bed the if you need something just ask them and they right away help you out i love this place i always stay there its on a good area i like everything about that place

Check in was okay for last minute booking. Room looked presentable at first. There was a random cut cable hanging from the TV. The sink had not been thoroughly cleaned: there were spots which looked like some body fluid and there was a hair which lead me to find lots of hair all over the floor. I was in a rush bc I needed a room for just a night so I just kept my slides on when I was walking around. The sink didn’t have any had soap, just two almost empty dispensers with shampoos or conditioners. The bathroom seemed clean enough, oddly no hair on the floor in there but the shower was crusty. The water flow and controls were fine. The control for the window shade did not work at all. The internet connection kept dropping out. The key card and door lock worked fine as did the ac unit. Stayed on a Sunday night, no noise issues.

I was itchy sleeping there. Not very clean. Staff is nice, the window blinds never work. The free croissants are nice for breakfast. But the towels are nasty, water pressure is weak. And I don’t like the low profile beds. Floor is dirty

The first room we weee given was nothing like the room in the picture. I tried to shower the first day but we left because we had an appt and by the time we got back to our room it was about 11pm and we didn’t know how to shower, the the water was so cold and waited till the next morning so I can call the office and she came in while everyone was asleep to see if she can turn it on and then says oh we’re gonna move your room well, you can stay here until everyone gets up

Shower was great. HIgh features for fancy shower head variety and spray. Good Towels and bedsheets. Parking easy and close. Room incl microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee, few hangers, and a safe. Window shade opens and closes with electric roller. Very nice! TV: seems like it’s Roku TV, so no cable channels. Plenty of outlets, easy to charge phone. WiFi easy and smooth. Breakfast small. Only coffee, croissants, oatmeal, cheerios, a couple fruits. Friendly staff at front desk. Smooth check in and out. Cons: Room was grimy. Esp floor and walls. Need fresh paint, better housekeeping, handyman maintenance. Door shoe falling off. Small debris in coffee maker—watch out when previous guest use for ashtray! 😱 Smoker neighbors: smoke enters thru room walls, noisy outside, keep people awake all night. Sleep not possible on ground floor due to noisy upstairs. Constant thumping and loud talk all night!

Our room wasn't ready at check in time, the shower had no curtains or door, the walls lacked any sound proofing, the coffee maker didn't work, our mattress was practically on the floor and I am physically disabled so getting up was a huge struggle every time, and yet we might have let all that slide if one of the office staff hadn't FORCED ENTRY into our suite uninvited while my roommate and I were still getting dressed, loudly falsely accusing us of not paying and demanding we check out the next morning, two days before our checkout time. All she could say for herself after was "Wrong Door, Sorry." as if that in any way made up for her criminal trespassing and harassment. Manager Rita was absent, and no attempt to make up for this incident was made by the property.
