Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Shortly after checking into our room, we noticed a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We then discovered that water was leaking across the bathroom floor, into the doorway, and around the bathtub. The bathroom became unusable due to the standing water and foul odor. As soon as we realized the issue, we contacted the front desk. Instead of offering a solution, the employee repeatedly told us he did not know how to fix the problem and said there were no other rooms available. He then turned his back to us, ending the conversation without offering any assistance or alternatives. We were left to stay in an unsanitary room for the remainder of our stay. Because of the plumbing issue, I was unable to comfortably use the bathroom or take a shower. The smell of sewage and the water covering the floor made the bathroom completely unacceptable. When we checked out, I explained everything again to the front desk associate. She apologized and stated that maintenance had “fixed it,” but that did nothing to address the fact that we were forced to endure these conditions during our stay. I explained that the issue prevented us from using the bathroom or shower, but no effort was made to resolve the situation or offer any form of compensation. The only response I received was, “I can help you check out.” I am extremely disappointed

It was a great hotel nice staff. They always have Ramen, which is very comfortable. There is a shop next to it and free parking.

Breakfast was very so so. Bathroom was tiny. Staff was friendly. 3 star.

The first room we had, had bugs and gnats. And was nothing like what is shown on the website. Second room was more like pictures, very limited parking and definately an older hotel. Very minimal breakfast options.

The property is located near many food places so you don’t have to drive too far. For the value I highly recommend nice staff and good service. Housekeeping can use some work but it’s not to the point where you should not book.

Especially common areas, pool, dining area with hot food vendor machine. Room was big and clean.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious.

Not enough parking and difficult with a large SUV. Luckily there’s a Walgreens next door we were able to park at. It was fairly clean and breakfast was pretty good. I loved how there were nightstands on both sides of both beds, including a place to charge phones etc.

Great location, but if your room is in the front is loud. Breakfast good but not variety.

Liked that it was close to our families location. Didn't like the parking. Cars parked everywhere even in front of hotel lobby. And mold smell from a.c. ceiling water damaged looked still wet.

The place is so clean the room is practical and everything looks new. Beds are comfy. Shower has great pressure. Breakfast is great. The staff are so helpful and lovely, especially the women. You get alot for what you pay for. I would come back here. Limited parking spaces.

The rooms are large and clean. Comfortable beds. The lobby and communal areas have strange, random decor and odd furniture. The vending machines are weird. We decided to pass on the free breakfast and went out instead. The housekeeping staff were helpful with a lost item.
