The room was comfortable, good A/C, the staff were kind, the breakfast meals were tasty, & the swimming pool was clean.

This hotel was a surprise. For the price we were expecting a basic hotel. It turned out to have a comfortable room, nice amenities and a bit of a funky vibe. The breakfast was very generous with lots of choices. We Are pleased to recommend it for a stay.

It was really nice and clean especially for the price

The big plus was that the property is located relatively close to downtown LA without having to pay high room rates. They also offer early check-in if available. The downside of this property is that the general condition of the room can be best described in one word "disrepair." Almost everything in the room is either on the verge of falling apart or just fallen apart. When we checked in there was a huge puddle of 'something' that had soddened the carpet and was still very wet; we basically had to wear flip-flops in the room and actively avoid it. The sliding window lock was broken which basically left the room open to anyone willing to climb up and break in (we came in one night to find a huge roach on the wall). The staff there were unhelpful and the communication divide made getting answers challenging.

Room had roaches ,AC was super dirty i do not recommend staying there.

The room was clean, with comfortable bed, along with everything we needed. Parking was a breeze, breakfast was great, and staff were kind. It was all around a super comfortable stay! We will definitely come back and stay at the hotel again.

Towels and cups, toilet paper etc were always well stocked in the rooms. Beds (we had 2 queen beds) were comfortable. Coffee and cold drinks were always available in the lounge room.

Room was big, clean, overall beautiful. Would stay again. Staff was friendly and greeted us every instance. Our specific style room had no door for the toilet, just a curtain. It was very uncomfortable to try to use the toilet with no privacy.

The staff, location, room size, simple and variety breakfast, late check-in, provided simple complimentary snacks and water bottles, and a nice daily view of the GTR and Skyline cars in the parking to wake up too. Limited parking but always got a spot. Our room A/C can get an upgrade. Maybe they should put in a gym. Nothing too bad. They were great!

There was mosquitoes in the room and we got bit by them. The room that we had was right by the stairwell and it was extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep. Other than that, the staff was really nice.
