Style and clean Some humidity

From check-in to check-out was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and were there for any needs . Room was clean with temperature set perfect upon arrival.

Hotel was nice and clean. Issues were the construction and that was major problems getting in and out of the property to office. We had to check out early. And after the property agreed we would get refund for days remaining we got notified a day later that hotel management changed their mind.

The staff was amazing and so nice and helpful. The room was clean and a perfect size for me and my family. I liked everything. No problems at all.

This was a great place to stay and the staff were great! The only thing I would change was the Sunday hours for Breakfast 6-9 am

Window curtains no closing we have bear the light outside throughout night. Room is very bad smell. They need to improve the quality.

Breakfasts were varied and well done. Ready even before 6am on the days I was there. Treadmills all work; they even do cookies at night. Elevator being slow would b my only complaint but they may b stuck w that . Would definitely stay here again. Thnx so much

The road construction in front of the hotel was at times difficult to enter and exit the parking lot (no fault of the hotel just a minor inconvenience).

The hotel staff was very nice and available for assistance. Breakfast area was always clean and fully stocked every day. I did like the variety of what was being offered. The room had a damp feel to it. The entrance doors had a strong alcohol or bleach smell. All of the areas were very clean. The door in my room and bathroom kept getting stuck. I do not know if it was the Texas humidity or what. I just quit trying to shut my bathroom door and had to always double check the room door. I heard my neighbor slamming their door so I don't think it was just my room. I was surprised they didn't clean my room everyday. I know that towels don't get washed every day if their not put on the floor. There is a sign in the bathroom regarding that practice. However, I enjoy going to hotels just so I can come back in the evening and the bed is made and trash cans empty. There were no trash bags when I arrived and on the last day when they did actually empty the trash their was no bags replaced. Of the 5 nights that I stayed they only cleaned twice. I might have been in the room one day when they were cleaning but no one knocked on the door and asked or came in to clean the room. I could understand 1 missed day but 2 days only is not enough. I'm not particularly messy but I made lunch in my room and had trash. I thought about taking it down myself but there were no trash bags. If I have to take out my own trash what's the point in paying extra for a littler nicer hotel?
