Great Western Inn Pasadena

At least it was quiet Roaches in the rooms, sheets weren’t changed and it was a hassle for them to come change them. Wanted to charge me for a whole extra night when I couldn’t check out by 11:30 because I had to work overtime the night shift before. Rooms that were listed non smoking smelled like smoke and the bathroom had zero water pressure and about 5 mins hot water. No shower curtain either. Won’t be staying here again.

The pictures look nice but when I got there it was holes in the cover, looked like somebody what punching the door with an object, the sheets was dirty, the show had mold, there was rats running around in the parking lot, the fridge and microwave was dirty and there was people (stragglers) up all night. The TV was a 6-8 inch very small. The towels was dingy/dirty.

Convenience to many shopping and restaurant options Manager will not work with you. I accidentally double booked a day and he didn’t want to work with me or Booking.com to resolve. He was trying to collect the entire booking cancellation fee. This is not the first time I have experienced this from management at this hotel.

Disappointing

Good

NOTHING EVERYTHING

The front desk lady Lisa was very nice and welcoming at check-in. I went to my room and the entire floor was wet from condensation issues and I almost fell down. I notified Lisa and she changed my room right away. The second room was clean but interesting. I noticed key access locks on the doors above the key card access which is unusual for a hotel. ????. Duct taped sign on A/C that says: Do Not Touch AC because it stays on, hot water was non existent so taking a shower was challenging and uncomfortable, bugs crawling around and flying and I killed a flying cockroach also. Dead bugs on ceiling, and in bathroom, water leak stains and peeling on bathroom ceiling and above sink counter and visible dirt in the bathroom vent.
