Sleep Inn Pasco Tri-Cities

For the money we paid I expected way better of accommodations. Everything was at the bare minimum and basic. The hot tub was extremely hot, the temperature was so hot it burns getting in and no one could stand so much heat. I didn’t dare turn on the jets because it would have made it even more uncomfortable. A hot tub should be maintain at approximately 102 degrees. This hot tub I would guess was at 110+. Super uncomfortable.

Great place to stay, convenient to where I needed to be, comfortable beds. The breakfast is typical but fills the void. Coffee was hot. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was great. The continental breakfast was pretty minimal, but things were fresh and clean. Great stay for the price.

Had several issues with our room key. Staff was great!!

Our stay was frustrating. We couldn't get into our room with our key. Staff had to reprogram the door multiple times & eventually had to use a master key to get into our room. Then we couldn't leave all together as one person had to stay in the room because the door wouldn't lock. We waited in the hall way over 30min between reprogramming before we could enjoy the room. It was frustrating especially after driving 8 hours.

Easy place for our group to spend the night after a day of car travel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room worked well for us and breakfast/coffee in the morning made a good start to our day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our key reader was on the fritz so they were very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. We ended up on the second floor with no elevator which was interesting. The hotel itself was pretty clean and well taken care of.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Was missing a shower curtain and she retrieved one quickly.

Clean, well cared for hotel. My son loved the pool and hot tub. Super breakfast in the morning got us moving.

It is a "non-smoking hotel" but my room smelled like an ashtray on steroids. I arrived late or I probably would have gone somewhere else.

Great price for a good nights stay. Breakfast was well stocked and cared for by the staff. Only downside was not having an elevator.
